Soaked in sunshine and views of Berry’s Bay, this delightful apartment will make you feel at home away from home. Situated right on the foreshores of Sydney Harbour with the ferry and bus terminal at your doorstep you couldn’t get closer than this to all the action. A wonderful location for New Year celebrations. Two lifts*, share laundry (coin operated) and parking*. Harbour front pool* (heated for 6 months of the year from October) & BBQ* area. NO POOL TOWELS SUPPLIED. Please note the pool area is currently closed for remedial repairs. One stop or easy walk to Luna Park, hear the screams and squeals! NO AIR CONDITIONING AND THE SAFE DOES NOT WORK. Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES AND NO SMOKING.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool area will be closed from April 28 until further notice for resurfacing rectification work. The lifts are being replaced and only 1 will be in operation at a time for a while, there is also likely to be noise from the works being carried out. We do apologise but it is to bring you an even better experience as we try to upgrade the facilities and make your stay more comfortable for the future.

Resort style building includes reception, level access to the heated swimming pool* (which may or may not be heated at the time) and BBQ* beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site undercover parking* for one car. Just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD.

The apartment is on the TOP FLOOR with direct Harbour views from Berry’s Bay to Luna Park and Lavender Bay/Milsons Point. You can’t get better than this!

Please be sure to remove any tanning lotions, greasy creams or oils prior to getting into bed. Please shower well and use washers provided to remove tanning lotions or makeup, not the towels. These creams and lotions can mark, discolour and damage the linen irreparably and it is very expensive to replace and guests will be charged.

The living room has large picture windows with a magnificent views comfy sofa and large TV. There is a dining area with dining table seating 4 people. The whole apartment is flooded with sunshine.

Full kitchen, totally equiped with gas oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and everything you need for nights at home, including a fabulous view!

There’s a stunning view also from the bedroom where you have a comfortable Queen sized bed and lots of wardrobe space.

Streamline modern bathroom with easy access shower.

Parking* is in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark. Spaces are not allocated, just choose where suits.

Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 15 unless in use.
$3 wash $3 dryer - takes $1 coins.

Dispose of garbage in the laundry rooms which are directly in front of the lifts and have the level number on the door.

Enjoy the wonderful Harbour front pool and BBQ area*.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy along with the Pool* area and the BBQ* area. Parking* for one car is available at no extra charge.

Guests must adhere to all COVID19 restrictions and requirements. Please do not present yourself if you are COVID positive. Please advise if you are using the premises for isolation purposes. Guests are required to conduct themselves in the appropriate manner at all times to ensure the safety and well being of other occupants of the building.

The apartment is located in an exclusive area of Sydney, it is a quiet and tranquil apartment with very good neighbours. It is our humble home and we hope you will enjoy and respect it.

Please note that we are governed by any Covid19 restrictions and the pool area or some common areas may not be in use during your visit. Notices will be shown to demonstrate this if it is the case.

Beautiful Views

Perfect location with beautiful views! Property owners were a delight to communicate with and the listing was exactly as described. Easy ferry and stunning views on the ferry to Curricular Quay for East access to The Rocks and Sydney CBD. A wonderful property!

Not close to tourist areas

Apartment was located outside of Sydney tourist areas. Ferry was close proximity but you had to figure out what one went where. Not as easy as it appeared for those of us not from here. Apartment had no a/c, which was in description, but it was very warm. Host was very easy to communicate with. Location was clean, plenty of room for us and plenty of parking.

This apartment was a FABULOUS location- just a ferry ride to anywhere. There were evenings we had walked so much during the day, that we opted just to hop on the ferry to go to dinner back Across the harbor. Apartment was fine for our needs as the other reviews say a little tired and could've used a more thorough, deep cleaning but was short term, quick turnaround clean.

This property is located steps from the ferry pier thereby providing in a fabulous view of the Sydney harbor. The ferry system makes travel to the harbor and city very easy. The apartment was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the directions to the property could have been clearer. It is nestled behind a restaurant and another residential complex. We climbed many stairs needlessly.

Excellent location but tired

Very tired including the building. The fan noise in the apartment had to be overcome with ear plugs. If you’re a heavy sleeper you won’t have an issue. The apartment needs a good once over especially marks on carpet. Excellent location with ferry terminal right there.

Great base for visiting Sydney with easy ferry access to Circular Quay and great views

Very comfortable apartment for a couple, with a great view, and access to ferries, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment has clearly been been recently well refurbished and refurnished. The less than excellent overall rating reflects some still to be completed minor maintenance/refurbishment work at the time of the visit.

Location is Perfect, Apartment Adaquate

This apartment is on the water in a peaceful neighborhood, minutes from the awesome Sydney ferry and bus system. Overlook Luna Park and walk outside for a great view of Sydney Harbor Bridge. North Sydney is full of nice shops and boutique restaurants adding to the experience. Julie is an excellent host and very responsive. The apartment has everything you need. No A/C can be a problem on a hot humid day. Some work is needed such as replacing stained carpeting and getting fan/light in bedroom repaired. Also, the pool lounge chairs are moldy and need a significant cleaning. Sydney is expensive and this apartment offers a good accommodation at a fair price.

Weekend in the city

This was a return trip to Harbourside apartments for my husband and me. We love this location, so close to the city which is only a short ferry ride away, but far nicer than staying in a big city hotel. This apartment is spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything needed for a short stay. On the 16th floor, it has good views of Lavender Bay McMahon’s Point, and North Sydney. The owner was quick to respond to any communication from us. Thankyou- we will be back!
