“Great service!!”

“The room was clean and spacious. It was comfortably warm on those chilly nights during our stay. On our last night at the hotel, there was a snowfall. A good amount of snow fell that may have hindered staff coming in the following morning. If it did, we could not tell. The hotel restaurant opened on time. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast before checking out and heading home. The restaurant staff was lovely and courteous. Looking forward to rebooking our stay for next year's Christmas weekend. ”

The host asks for contact via WhatsApp, which I initially thought was for convenience, but clearly it was so he could be rude outside Expedia’s visibility. I first messaged through Expedia and received no response. When I reached out on WhatsApp with a simple question about luggages, his responses were hostile. “The room was clean and the staff was excellent. This staff was so caring and kind, they let us check in early, which was a Godsend and they were just so warm. I really had a great feeling staying at this hotel which is now being renovated.”

“I really liked this hotel/house. Really super nice staff and it was nice finishing my trip living in a sweet old house instead of a hotel. But there are some things that i guess other people wouldent love. First of all its an old house, with creeking floors and we could here our neighbours very well. Closing our door (and when the neighbour closed theirs) it probably was heard in the whole house. Also the room itself would need some renovations even though i liked its rustic charms!
