Two beautiful new houses next to the golf course. Each has a private heated pool, as well as access to the Punta Cala pools (one special for children). Beach 8 min away. Also, if you book for 14+ nights, you can purchase access to the Sports/Beach Club. We are located in an exclusive area within El Tigre, therefore we'll send you a form that you must fill out and send along with the Ids so security staff at the gates knows you are our guests and lets you in.

Two very spacious houses, able to accommodate 10 people each (20 total). Each one has its own pool with solar heating. Golf course view and excellent location in Nuevo Vallarta.

Each house has its own terrace with a grill and private pool. Besides that, outdoor areas (large pools and palapa) are shared with the owners/guests of the other houses.
The development has security 24/7.

We're looking forward to your stay with us. We also have additional services with an extra charge, such as El Tigre Sports & Racket Club and the Playa Royale Beach Club memberships (Available for 14+ nights stays).
We can also contact you with staff who provide daily cleaning and cooking.

Safe and quiet development

It has two security gates, one at the entrance booth of Paradise Village and another in Punta Cala.
Beach/Sports Club membership is available only to guests booking a 14+ night stay (photos of these are not included in the listing)
You would have access to everything that appears in the pictures, even without the membership.
