The unit was spacious, clean & comfortable. The basic cleaning items were sparse but I contacted the owner and she had them replaced. LOTS of rules in the complex but we are not partiers so we were fine. The location was great with easy access to the mall for food and supplies.

Family spring break

This condo was perfect for our family’s spring break getaway! The owner/manager was super responsive! Playa Royale is always wonderful. It was nice to have the pack and play set up upon arrival for the grand baby😀. We used the palapa for BBQ one night and enjoyed the pools and ocean daily. 100% recommend!

Perfect Nuevo Vallarta Getaway

Our stay at Elsa's condo in Playa Royale was wonderful. Elsa was always quick to respond and made sure our visit with our young infant went smoothly–she even made sure we had a crib set up for our son! Thank you so much, Elsa!!

The rooms were as described so it worked well for our 2 couples and 2 teenagers. We were only there for 4 nights but it had everything we needed for making breakfasts etc. It's affiliated with the Paradise Village resort hotel down the street so you can order food by the pool and enjoy happy hour too. It is a quiet resort within easy walking distance to good restaurants - Ciao in particular was a favourite. And a short walk to the Starbucks, indoor mall and grocery store. The pools were beautiful and beach access is right there although when it's busy the palapas are delegated to members first so don't come thinking you can sit in the front rows. It didn't matter to us but just an FYI.Very comfortable and the beds were great.
