“Situated perfectly of Ste.Catherine Street with everything you could wish for in close proximity. The appartment itself was fine, but also lacking a lot of necessities. For exempel, there was no closet and not even anything on the wall you could hang clothes on. It was also quite dirty in the appartment when we arrived. Lots of dust on the refrigarator etc. On a positive note, the bed was really comfy.”

“Une très bonne appartement, très propre et près de tout. C'était excellent.”

“Super séjour, un vrai petit cocon. Après des journées bien remplies c’était très appréciable de retrouver la chambre et la cuisine très fonctionnelle. Le quartier est également très agréable avec un très bon marché et une piscine gratuite juste à côté. Le métro est à 10 minutes à pied ainsi que l’impressionnant stade olympique et sa tour. Le gérant et la personne qui gère le ménage sont disponibles et très gentils.”

“We were in Montreal for one night for a concert. We were 2 adults and 5 teenage boys and there was lots of space and beds for everyone. Sam was great at communicating so there were no surprises. Lots of restaurants in the area for food choices. Parking is the only issue we had, large vehicles are not ideal for the area, but Sam provided lots of information in advance for parking. Would definitely recommend.”

“Industrial unit with polished concrete floors and high ceilings. Spacious and bright with a street view of a church and green space. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable King bed. Entry and exit secure and easy to check-in. Close to Palais de Congres, Rue Ste. Catherine, shops and restaurants. ”

“Beautiful property, 2 bdrm, rail on stairs needs to be fixed but apt itself was excellent and cozy. Outside there was construction but it did not bother me too much. ”

“Cute and compact space for a weekend stay! We were in town for a music festival and the location we perfect. The condo amenities were great - everything we needed was available including space to store bags, lots of towels, cleaning supplies. From the photos I didn't realize it was a bachelor (no separate bedroom) but it was fine for our needs. Great communication with the host and property manager throughout!Would book again for sure!”

“Great place in a convenient location close to the Metro. Check in was very easy and host is very responsive. Pictures don’t do the space justice, was better than I expected.”

“What an awesome place to stay! The property was beautifully maintained and felt safe and well-kept. The beds were nice. The balcony overlooking the pedestrian-only street was amazing! The only issue was parking - please be aware that you need to carefully research street parking rules; the information in this listing is insufficient (or at least it was when I booked; hopefully it has been updated). I'd love to stay here again!”

Poor breakfast. Reception staff not trained.

"Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack of drains."
