“The room was not clean and very worn. Full of bug poop on one of the bedside tables, looked like termite poop. Bathroom was dirty, bathtub was almost yellow, bathroom mirror was full of dirt. The bed was moist every night due to humiditiy problems in the room. Our clothes also became moist. Lot of noise from neighbours and people walking/talking outside the room. Very slow service at the hotel and we had to go get the staff ourselves at multiple occasions, as no one came by our table to ask. Not...

Högst kanske 4 Det blev lägre för oss eftersom det var inte konsekvent med standard på städningen och frukost var bra men det skulle uppskattas mera om det fanns en bredare av den lokala kueh. Musiken vid frukost under hela veckan var detsamma. Det blir lite tråkigt efter ett tag. Att blev tillsagd av service personalen att inte få hämta en kopp kaffe efter man hade ätit sin frukost var inte heller så...

“The pictures here doesn’t reflect reality. The rooms are old, the bathroom in our suite was not fresh and all and should have been renovated 5 years ago. The pool had loose tiles everywhere and was almost always filled with leaves and other trash as it wasn’t cleaned often enough and on top of that there is not enough sunbeds to go around. Location is good and convenient but unless you get this on a good offer you should book something else as this is past its glory days. ”

“A four day stay to decompress and spend time as a family. Extremely well looked after. Hardly noticed the other guests. Good spa treatments. Got upgraded when they needed to do some potentially noisy repair work on villa next door. It's more or less in the jungle in an extremely humid climate so expect there to be a few bugs. We were happy with the bungalows but can see how they will need to be continuously renovated for this place to stay as pristine as it set out to be.”
