âWe stayed for our honeymoon - was upgraded to a better room that we appreciated a lot! Breakfast could have been better, but the spa was the overall highligt of this hotel! Incredible!â
âWe really enjoyed turning up and was very excited about the beautiful views from the property. Unfortunately any ordered food was stone cold as it was brought in from another source. Not enough towels provided.Water to even flush the toilets went off for several hours with nothing. We felt intimidated by the staff warning and producing many, many rules and regulations that spoilt our stay. â

âItâs in the middle of the forest, still developing and in construction, feels kinda unsafe.
And the property does not provide body wash or toothpaste those basic things.
Also, I booked the wrong dates, they do not allow us to change the date, so we just wasted one night.â

"Our stay was a disappointment. We arrived late, tired and hungry and found out our room was extremely small and couldn't even fit our luggage, so they wanted to help us with an upgrade - however the bathroom ceiling was open and they kept warning us of the monkeys stealing things, so we couldn't stay there. The only room that was ok size and closed bathroom cost a whole lot more and they weren't willing to upgrade us there nor do something on the price. It's already a too expensive hotel.
Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and in nature, and
everything is made of beautiful nature material. However, the experience and service did not live up to the price. We stayed in many other 4-5 star hotels around Bali and this does not have the same service feeling.
The wifi was barely working.
It's a special hotel so be sure you know what the you're booking beforehand. If you're in to comfort this is not the place. Also a lot of stairs.
Pool was gorgeous. Close to Padang padang beach, but the beach is a bit dirty, although it has nice vibe.

"This was one of the worst place Iâve ever stayed at. I assume the owner and staff have done their best to make customers satisfied but with me, totally failed. The isolation is really bad. You hear your neighbors and all sounds outside the room and the ventilation was bad. The water pressure and flow both in the sink, shower and toilet were not even working properly. Youâre turning on the water to wash your face and suddenly a water explosion makes you totally wet with a big sound. But most of all, the room did NOT look like in the photos. Far from it!!! The bed was inconvenient and made sounds when you move. We asked to change room but got offered one that smelled strong mold. Really not satisfied and donât recommend this place. "

"We booked this stay to relax, enjoy nature and the great view and pool. Unfortunately this is not what this resort offers. There were a lot of kids running around, playing, screaming, jumping in the pool and just being kinds. Love kids! However, I expected a more relaxed and calm atmosphere at this place. What was even worse was the animals that the resort (or a neighborhood) has that is keeping you awake and making sure that you donât get to sleep during the night. And when we finally wanted to enjoy the pool area they decided not to open it. It suppose to be open and we kept asking for help from the staff but eventually they just stopped replying. Blaming rain during the night (it is rainy season every year in Bali so that should not be a surprise). There are so many other nice places in Uluwatu! Chose another place than this :) "
