âLocation was great it was just 15-20 minute walk into downtown Boulder. The room was also very big and spacious for my daughter, wife and I so those were positives. However, under the beds were dirt and dust it looked like it hadnât been vacuumed before we checked in or during our entire 4 night stay. Also, toilet paper was never refilled so we ran out. âGreat hotel! Very fresh and new decoration, clean and youthful. A hotel themed for hiking and climbing with interior as such, real fun. A bit expensive since there was no breakfast included, didn't try it but you could buy it at the reception. Lots of free parking lots just by the rooms. Three blocks away from Pearl Street, would stay again! â
âCharming cottages loaded with modern amenities. Plenty of room to stretch out and close to everything. Staff was VERY friendly, helpful and met my every need and expectation. â
âConvenient location in a quiet, residential area with a convenience store and gas station right across the street. The property was clean and the staff exemplary and the bed was comfortable. About the only complaint is that the shower was a bit narrow - but otherwise well done.â

There is a free shuttle as needed from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm which was very handy since the hotel is about 15-20 min from CU Boulderâs campus.
