THE VIEW
The balcony off the living area is a must-experience with a southern facing exposure and stunning views of the ocean and pier. You'll love eating your meals or sipping drinks on the balcony while being warmed by the sun and watching the waves roll. In the bedroom, you can also enjoy views of the pier and ocean as you lay back in the evening.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo with a fully stocked kitchen ready for all of your culinary creations. Enjoy a newer stove and dishwasher and granite countertops throughout. The dining area seats four around a beautiful wood table.

LIVING AREAS
The living room furniture and flooring have been updated, including the cozy sofa that you can cuddle up on and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves or to enjoy the 50" Samsung Smart TV that you can use to stream your favorite movies and tv shows as well as have the option of a Blu-ray player or cable with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. The living room also includes a desk for easy remote working.

The bathroom is located just across the hall from the bedroom and includes a separate vanity section with new granite countertops and a lovely tub shower condo.

SLEEPING
D102 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The bedroom features a comfortable King bed, and there is a Queen size bed in the sofa in the living room that pulls out with a thick foam mattress for a great sleep. If another bed is needed, there is also a twin air mattress in the condo. New closet doors and the same new, wood-like tile flooring you see in the living area have been installed in the bedroom for a clean, sharp look throughout.

-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.

-D102 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2).

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA / AMENITIES
D102 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities in the complex with card/app operated washers and dryers, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

Lovely spot

We are very happy with the experience we had. This was a long overdue family vacation, and we would love to come back. Pool, beach, hot tub, all of it was great. The unit is a nice size and ideal for a family as there is a pullout couch in the living room. Kitchen is lovely and well equipped. This experience was an easy stay.

Oceanside Vacation

We had a great stay! Pictures are accurate and condo is clean. Great location to walk to pier or harbor and enjoy the beach. Only thing that I wish was more clear is that this condo is not ground level walk out to the beach but is a very close walk.

Loved our stay

It was a lovely stay. We loved the view from the windows and the proximity to the pool. It was just great and we were super sad to leave. The cleanliness of the property when we arrived was a little less than perfect. The unit has a musty smell but this is common in homes so close to the beach.

I was very disappointed... there was alot of noise every day pounding.. renovation being done. My husband and I left early.. and were still charged. Contacted the owner... non responsive. It was a special occasion... and it was terrible.

Excellent condo for your beach stay

Condo owner, Robyn, was very enjoyable to work with. The condo has a BEAUTIFUL view of the pier and ocean. The location is absolutely perfect to explore Oceanside by foot and you have easy access to I-5 if you are driving. The kitchen is well-equipped. The property grounds are gorgeous and has amenities like a pool, hot-tub, laundry and gym. I would highly recommend this unit for your stay in Oceanside.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This lovely one bedroom condo has everything you need: It has a beautiful kitchen with all the necessary appliances and granite top, a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, dresser and large closets, and finally a comfortable living room with a fireplace, sofa, chairs and sliding door to the balcony. Oh and both the living room and bedroom have outstanding views of the ocean and the Oceanside Pier. It is a beautiful location with gardens, a koi pond, and a large swimming pool and hot tub. There is a nice walkway by the beach that can take you to the pier and to the center of town. Harbor Town is a very short walk over the bridge heading north on Pacific St. Both Oceanside and Harbor Town have good restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Oceanside Broiler. It is on the boat harbor and has excellent seafood as well as steaks. We were fortunate to catch the season’s final production, The Man of La Mancha, at the Brooks Theatre. It is a small theater but provides gigantic live entertainment. Big thanks to Paul, a local resident at the condo, who told us about the theater and gave us a “friends” discount! We spent our last day driving up to Temecula and visiting a few of their wineries. It is only a 45 minute drive. This was my first time there and was pleasantly surprised. Whether you want a Beach Getaway or a place you can call home while you explore the area and all it has to offer, this is one great place to stay. Oh yes, and a big thank you to Robyn and her generous goodie basket!

O’side getaway

Robyn’s condo is just exactly as the photo’s show. So often the pictures and the reality are not the same, in this case everything was perfect! The basket with “treats” was so thoughtful and appreciated. And the view is amazing, but the sound of the waves is heaven. I didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. Stunning location and well supplied condo.

Great condo and complex

We had a wonderful week's stay at North Coast Village. Robyn's unit was just as pictured and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed and more. The view and location to the beach was amazing. Since our plane arrived on the morning of our visit and check-in wasn't until afternoon, Robyn suggested an outing in San Diego called Liberty Station which we thoroughly enjoyed. We absolutely loved our stay at North Shore Village. This condo was well equipped with what we needed. The view is amazing and it’s very close to the beach. The condo grounds are breathtaking. Robyn was very flexible in accommodating our stay. The home is well kept, clean, and very enjoyable. The location is extremely desirable and the beach is viewable from each window in the home. You can fall asleep to the waves crashing, which was so peaceful. We couldn't have been more please with our stay!!

Very comfortable condo, great amenities, great location

Great spot for a family vacation. Although the complex is far from new it is very well maintained. Huge pool and recreation facility for children. Centrally located and right at the beach. Nice furniture and the bed is comfortable. The pictures are accurate and we would rent here again. Robyn was very easy to deal with.
