Stranden, bryggeri / restauranger, kaféer, shopping, Vital Climbing Gym och parker på gångavstånd! Katedraltak i vardagsrum och sovrum. Titta på havsutsikt från master balkongen. Gas spisar i både vardagsrum och sovrum för kyliga strandnätter. Gasgrill, fullt kök, cyklar, surfbrädor och badmaterial.

I det ögonblick du går in till detta rymliga utrymme kommer du att känna dig som hemma och lugn. Detta strandhem ligger bara några korta kvarter från stranden och erbjuder dig ett rymligt fyra sovrum (4: e sovrummet är loftet på 3: e våningen) och 2 1/2 badrum hem med 10 sovplatser. Det finns tre balkonger att njuta av den SO CAL brisen och solen. Gott om utrymmen i hela hemmet för att koppla av själv eller med din grupp.

Detta strandhem är en perfekt plats för en familjesemester / återförening, par tillflyktsort, reträtt eller bara för lite avkoppling med en grupp vänner.

Pleasant stay

Check in was easy, actually encountered Erik at the home when it was check in time. He was very warm and friendly and full of suggestions for nearby restaurants and grocery shopping, etc.As for kitchen and house supplies, a little disappointing. There was not a Kleenex in the entire house and paper towels were of such poor quality that when I tried to dry my hands on them, they shredded and stuck to my fingers almost like wet toilet paper. Just a container of Clorox wipes would have been helpful in maintaining a clean space for the two weeks I was there. I did use the barbecue once while I was there and it didn’t look like any of the last several tenants had bothered at all to clean it after they used it. So I had to buy everything needed to clean it and it took forever.Otherwise the house was clean, comfortable and pretty.

Accused by host of bringing dog and charged 250

Renter beware! All was well with our stay (minus the cigarette smoke emanating from dive bar next door) until the day we arrived back home and the host sent me a message accusing me of bringing a dog and charging me 250. I don’t even have a dog nor did anyone at the property. The rationale was that a dog food bag was put in the garbage can that is in a shared backstreet with every other house on the block. While the host claimed to cancel the charge after I gave this info, it still went through and I’ve now had to spend an hour on phone support with VRBO trying to resolve and sending emails with screenshots of my credit card account and the messages from the host. I’ve now had to dispute with my credit card company because I am not getting responses from VRBO or the host. To have a host not reach out first to try and gather information before setting off this mess is just poor business practice. The host has also been non existent in trying to help resolve the issue after if was entirely created by him. Buyer beware, you could be accused of things that are not true by this host and charged for it.

Perfect House

We had such an amazing time here! Everything was clean, the house itself was beautiful, and the best part about it is it’s called Maddie’s Beach house! We had no idea when booking. And we booked for our friend Maddie’s bachelorette trip! So the house was meant to be. Everything was perfect. Safe and cute area too. Thanks to the wonderful hosts!!

Oceanside Vacation

We had an awesome stay at this property. Perfect spot for for a young family to enjoy a relaxing beach vacay. The house is close enough to all the fun of the city in Oceanside without being right in the middle of everything. Rental properties usually do not live up to the pictures you see of them but I would say this one exceeded our expectations.

Family Vacation

One of our sons was graduating from USMC Recruiter School down in San Diego so being able to enjoy the beach while we attended his gradtuation was very enjoyable. The description of the house is listed as "Huge" and boy were they right. Plenty of space and great fun for the kids to enjoy. The beach is about 3 blocks away and although the beach next to house is pretty rocky the pier is not that far. We enjoyed walking several blocks down to reach the sandy beachs of oceanside. The host is also very responsive and hospitable. No complaints from us.

Beautiful house

This house was perfect for our family of 7. I loved that there were beach chairs, towels and a beach wagon to take to the beach. That was thoughtful. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. My older kids loved the arcades. The only downside was the location. It’s two doors down from a bar. Some nights they had karaoke and it was loud. Other than that, there was no problem with parking by the house. It’s a 15 min walk to soft sand beaches. There is no beach near the home, you need to walk to the other side of the pier to get sand. The beach near the home is just rocks.

Amazing home

Celebrated my 16 year old daughter’s birthday with a few of her friends. Home is cutely decorated and clean with all the necessities needed to enjoy the entire weekend. The girls spent most of their time in this 3 bedroom spacious home with a cute lil loft . The huge master bedroom is tucked away along a long hallway giving you the privacy and quietness from the 2 additional bedrooms across from each other which was perfect for the girls. Lots of towels and extra sheets! Full kitchen and coffee bar and garage is full of fun stuff which the girls enjoyed … beach cruisers , padddle board, games and beach towels. The beach is about 2 blocks away but although rocky the girls enjoyed hanging out there as it was low tide.i”This house is truly amazing and would definitely be a top recommendation . Thank you for a memorable birthday weekend!

Beautiful Hom

Loved the house , very clean and bright. Instructions were very clear. I’d stay here again. I had family/friends from Florida and with the beach down the street it was amazing. They even lived the local bar Larry’s, we live in Oceanside so we know Oceanside well and it was a perfect spot. Thank you Erik for answering any questions quick.

San Diego getaway

Great house- perfect for a family. Had tons of beach toys, kids toys and the teen boys loved the pool table. Kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were all comfortable. Great location- it is 4 blocks from the ocean, however to get to the beach for sand/playing in the sand have to drive 1 mile down the road. Would still stay again though!

Immaculate well equipped HOME

Erik was a great responsive host. The house was more than expected. I would give this place 5 crowns because it felt like we were at a resort with all the amenities. The pictures do not show a few upgrades like the stainless steel washer & dryer. A lot more games in the garage including corn hole, washers, large connect four..etc. Anyway, you won't be disappointed when you rent Erik's home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Oceanside visit

In town for a soccer tournament. Erik was a wonderful host. The house is just as described. Very conveniently located to the beach and Oceanside attractions. Beds were super comfortable and the house was nicely decorated. Lots of space for all of us. The beach towels, bikes and pool table were fun for the family. Highly recommend.

adult family vacation

Beautiful home! very clean and fresh. Had everything you needed, bikes, surf boards, beach chairs, etc. The host was a great with communication. Loved the roof top deck. Everything was perfect. Just know the beach down the street is not good for sun bathing……only at very low tide, you will need to go a few blocks south for a larger beach, this was not a big issue for us, but something you should consider. The loft area is super nice. great place for 6 adults.

Awesome location with lots of great restaurants and coffee places nearby. Erik was great with communication and helping with anything he could. Train station right around the corner if you were interested in traveling without using a vehicle. First time at Oceanside and won't be the last.

Great for families

This is a lovely, spacious, well-appointed property. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were plentiful and super comfortable, as was the bedding! We stayed here with our 3 young children and our nanny. We did opt to drive to the beach, near the harbor, most days as there isn’t much of a beach within walking distance; at least not for our young kids. But we didn’t mind at all! It is located near shops and restaurants and a short drive to the interstate to go into town and get to theme parks etc. The garage was spacious enough to “just barely” contain our massive Jeep Wagoneer that we rented. Anything smaller and you won’t have any problems at all. The beach equipment and bikes and towels and such at your disposal in the garage were so handy! Plus a wagon to haul stuff to the beach in. Washer and dryer were top notch. We didn’t utilize the 3rd floor patio but my daughter loved sleeping up there. The house really does stay very cool, at least when we were there (May) and we didn’t need the AC at all. We would definitely stay here again. Owners were very quick and easy to communicate with and even provided some fun snacks and activities for the kids upon our arrival. 5 out of 5 stars.

Wonderful Stay in Oceanside

Let me start by saying these are by far the Best Hosts with an amazing property! We travel to Oceanside each Thanksgiving to spend the holiday with our son who is in the Military so we really look for a property that will "Feel Like Home" and this property did not disappoint! The pictures are extremely accurate as the house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. We cooked a full Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed and then some! And the BEDS....The beds were so comfortable! When we return to Oceanside we will definitely stay again! Erik thank you so much for making this stay so memorable! With our son just returning from Deployment, I could not have asked for a better HOME to stay!

Wonderful house!

A group of us stayed here for a soccer tournament and were very pleased with our stay. House was clean, kitchen amenities were all available and owner was responsive. This is probably the second rental where I can say that the pictures are very accurate and I was not disappointed. House was well appointed and we were surprised with a cute welcome basket when we arrived with water & little treats! We also used the bikes to ride down to the beach and cleaned off all the sand using the outdoor showers. Just an overall great house as a home base for our group. The only FYI was that this house is located a few houses away from a bar. We didn’t hear any crazy noises (mostly motorcycles) and were all able to sleep well. This would not deter me from staying there again for the next time we are here but just felt that people should know. Thanks Erik for a great stay!
