Beautiful Beach house, 2 blocks from Oceanside pier and beach. Very close to restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping.
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has it all. There are 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms. One of the masters has 2 queen beds, the other one has a California King bed. There are also 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom .
There is a patio in front with outdoor dining table and seating area with a large Weber gas BBQ.
Walking into the house is the family room with flat screen TV and fireplace. Next is a small game room with shuffle board, card table and a TV with video games.
Towards the back of the house is a gourmet kitchen with a dining table that seats 10 people and on other flat screen TV.
All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suites have flat screen TV's . One more flight of steps and you are on the rooftop patio , with an other dining table and a seating area.
There is an attached 2 car garage with surfboards, boogie boards, sand toys, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. Also baby gate, stroller, port a crib and high chair.
The garage fits 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking available. There is also a parking structure 100 yards from the house, parking fee is $ 5.00 for the day.

Absolutely loved this house and location. We loved walking to the beach and to grab yummy food like donuts and coffee right around the corner. This property was perfect for our family and best friends to join. We had 9 and had plenty of space. We loved the extra thought that went into having beach supplies and a useableGarage. Lastly we loved that we could bring our fur babies along with us. We will look to stay here again when visiting!

This was our third year staying at Lucy's Beach House for our family vacation. We love that fact that it is so close to the beach. The grandkids love the video games. The house has a kitchen table that all 11 of us fit at comfortably. The beds are very comfortable. Thursdays are the best-farmer's market in the morning and food trucks galore in the evening and it is just down the street. Bob is a great host! He is very quick to respond to any questions. We left on Tuesday and the kids were talking about going back next year on Wednesday--we will!

It was very nice but I thought but it was missing some basic amenities like body wash in some showers, tin foil in the kitchen, garbage bags, and seran wrap. A light by the barbecue would also be very helpful because we had to resort to using our phone light to see what we were doing.

Perfect Location

Really enjoyed this home. So close to everything! Literally just steps away from their Thursday sunset market. You can’t miss that ! Home is spacious and never felt crowded with 9 people. Loved the kitchen area and large dining table. Perfect for large groups. Will definitely want to come back. Thank you Bob for answering my text so quickly. You have a great home!

Amazing home

We had a wonderful time with our son and his family while visiting Oceanside! This home is exactly as offered. Beautiful, clean, and all the extras needed for our 2 year old granddaughter and 11 month old grandson. Close to the ocean as well as restaurants, breweries and shops.Our only disappointment was that the Thursday evening Sunset Market was canceled because of the rain!We will definitely stay here again. Bob was very attentive and quick to answer questions!Thank you!

Family vacay

We had a great time at Lucy's Beach House. This was our second time staying here for our family vacation. Thursday nights there is a street festival of food trucks just down the street. The house is just 3 blocks to the beach!! Our grandkids loved the boogie boards and the surfboard. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood with our dog. It is really nice to have a table that seats 12 so we could all eat together. We went to the library-about 2 blocks away and Handel's Ice Cream is also 2 blocks away. Bob is very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation 2024

Overall our stay was fantastic! Loved to location to beach and entertainment. Definitely would like to return. Some concerns we had were the cleanliness of the property. The kitchen pantry and drawers were dirty. One of the drawers had coffee grounds spilled in it.

Perfect for families with kids

We had a great stay! We had 5 adults and 5 kids ages 7-3 and the house was perfect for us. We enjoyed relaxing on the front patio and the adults enjoyed hanging out and playing games on the rooftop after the kids went to bed. We enjoyed the shuffleboard table and the puzzles and the big dining room table with plenty of room for all of us to sit down together.

Great house in great location!!

We had a wonderful week stay with our family of 4 plus grandparents and 2 dogs!!! The location couldn’t be beat, 3 blocks from the beach/pier, 1 block to restaurants/shops/coffee. The house itself was fantastic very spacious, bright, wonderful kitchen with large table, grill on front patio with table/couch. Beds were very comfortable with fans in each room. Basically 3 master bedrooms. Dog run and outdoor shower on the side of the house. Close enough to town but still quiet. Steps away from the Thursday Sunset market with many food options. We loved that we didn’t really have to drive much during the week, everything we needed (other than initial grocery run) was within walking distance for the most part. Would definitely stay again!!!

Oceanside fun!

We had a wonderful stay at Lucy’s beach house. Bob was extremely helpful from the very beginning to the end. They responded quickly and kindly to any questions we had. The location is great! Pannikin coffee is literally across the street, Handel’s ice cream is one block away. So many great shops, restaurants and the beach all a very short walking distance. Thursdays there is a morning market and evening food truck market right down the street. We couldn’t ask for a better location to walk to everything. The house was very comfortable for our family of 7. The house is also well stocked with beach chairs, wagons, body boards, etc. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great location!

Wonderful property and perfect location. Just a few suggestions… shampoo/ conditioner and soap would have been great, games for adults, and blankets/ throws for the cool evenings. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Big beautiful house!

Very large and clean house right in the heart of Oceanside. We walked to the pier ( 5 minutes away or less) to watch the sunset each night. Beds were super comfortable, and we were very happy with the house. The owners were very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

There were three adults staying for 31 days. We had many places within walking distance to eat, the pier was a daily walk/visit. Our accommodation was very well supplied with everything we needed. Great tv for evenings. Our host, Robert was helpful and provided us with good information about the area. Only one complaint was the furniture. It really needs replaced due to being broken down and quite uncomfortable.

Location, Location!!

We love this rental; this was our second year staying here. The house is comfortable and has everything you could need and then some. It's spotless and well taken care of, and the location is beyond perfect! EVERYTHING is steps away: Thursday night Street fair, the best restaurants, and, of course, the beach! We highly recommend it and can't wait to book again next year!

Definitely better than a hotel!!

We had family come in from out of the country and around the United States for my son’s wedding. This was the perfect venue for us to all be together. Around the block to eateries in a couple of blocks to the beach/pier. It was the perfect location very clean, and the owners were very hospitable.
