THE VIEW
Enjoy panoramic ocean views from your private rooftop terrace. Whether you're enjoying company at the coffee table and conversation set, a drink at the bistro set in the corner, a complete meal at the dining table, or simply bathing in the sun in one of the two loungers, you will be surrounded by delightful ocean views.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is large and features Italian flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, and comes stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The house has plenty of dining areas including a large dining table just off the kitchen that seats 6 and has french door access to the side yard with the BBQ and outside dining table that seats 4. You may also choose to dine at the table or bistro sets on the rooftop terrace. For younger guests or quick bites, there are also two dining spots at the kitchen counter.

LIVING AREAS
Slip into the feeling of the Tuscan countryside as you step inside this beautiful custom home with Italian flooring and beautiful decor. The front sitting room area is comfortably furnished with two sofas and a lovely wood accent chair that provides enough seating for your whole group to sit, relax, chat, read a book, etc. after a long day in the waves.

There is also a 2nd family room that features a large sofa with a chaise lounge, a leather armchair with a matching ottoman, and a comfortable sofa sleeper. This living area also features a 55-inch Smart TV that you can use to log in and stream your favorite shows. The TV is also equipped with a cable package, free of charge. There is also a fireplace that is fully functional and available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.

Having the two sitting areas is a huge plus. This way if part of the group wants to read or play games the other part can still relax with a movie or something else.

There is also a small office and library area upstairs for those doing work or school while away from home. The office area has a very nice reading chair and ottoman and warms up like a sunroom. It is a lovely place to study, work, or read. A bonus of the office area is you can enjoy ocean views while you work as well as access to the rooftop terrace area when you need a break.

SLEEPING
The house comfortably sleeps 8 with a wide range of sleeping arrangements. The primary suite has a comfortable Cali King size bed with access to the ocean view rooftop terrace, large ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet, and flatscreen Smart TV and cable. There is also a fireplace that is fully functional and available for your use and enjoyment during your stay.

The 2nd bedroom features a plush Queen bed a Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen bed plus two bunk beds (four twins total), a private balcony with a small table and chairs. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

BATHROOMS
The house has 3.5 bathrooms and all bathrooms have beautiful custom Italian tile flooring and showers with granite counters and custom lighting. The master bath is ensuite and features a large walk-in shower and a separate jetted bathtub. You can also enjoy two separate vanity areas. The 2nd bathroom is ensuite to the 2nd bedroom and features a beautiful walk-in shower. The 3rd bathroom is located in the hall next to the 3rd bedroom and features a tub/shower combo. The half bath is located downstairs on the main level.

The house is located in South Oceanside on Tremont, just a short 10 min walk to the beach. The home is perfectly located close to Downtown restaurants and entertainment, Oceanside Pier, and Oceanside Harbor.
Enjoy all your favorite vacation activities nearby such as fine dining, fun shops and museums, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing.

The house is so centrally located that you can walk to almost everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

Our perfect location right in the middle of San Diego and Orange County also makes it easy to visit all the great attractions of Southern California. Oceanside Harbor Shops and Restaurants (8 min drive), Oceanside Pier (8 min drive), Downtown Restaurants, Shops, Movie Theaters, Playhouse, and Museums (15 min walk). **Please note there is no AC in the home. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. The property does have ceiling fans in most rooms and if you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the home to help create cooling cross breezes.
