For guests who may be extra sensitive to street or train noise, the condominium provides a noise machine and earplugs.
**Please note that the Amtrak Coaster trains run all along the California coast and are a fun part of California coastal living. They can be seen occasionally as they pass by but are no longer allowed to use their horns along this stretch of track. There is a noise machine and ear plugs provided in the condo for guests who may be extra sensitive.

SLEEPING B300 - Sea Breeze Penthouse has a max occupancy of 8, but offers versatile sleeping arrangements to accommodate families or groups, perfect for trips with the whole family including grandma and grandpa and all the grandkids. With sleeping for up to 10 guests, every family member can find their peaceful corner. The downstairs primary suite features a luxurious king bed, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV with cable, complete with a charming tufted loveseat. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, ceiling fan, and its own entertainment setup with a TV and cable. The upstairs suite is ideal for kids or additional guests, with an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed with an XL twin trundle. There are even more sleeping arrangements available downstairs in the living area where you will find a queen sofa sleeper.
BATHROOMS The Sea Breeze Penthouse has two bathrooms conveniently located with one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs bath showcases a granite-and-sea-glass vanity with a full tub and shower, while the upstairs ensuite bath has a standalone shower. Each bathroom is thoughtfully designed to offer both convenience and comfort, ensuring a refreshing start and end to each sun-soaked day.
