We loved that it was right on the beach. Had a view of the beach from our balcony. Fans were perfect, all we needed. Very clean and quiet.nicely decorated and near the pier, harbor and several places to eat. Parking was included. We just parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and we had plenty of linens. A great location. The sunsets were the best!

What stood out the most was obviously the location being right next to the beach but inside of the space it was very clean and I appreciated all of the activities amenities that was available to us from the game selections and the beach, chairs, towels, etc.

The place was very clean and welcoming. I loved the balcony and the ocean view. Everything like places to eat etc were close and Michelle was a great host. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance!

Had a nice view of the ocean from the balcony, and the pool nearest us was nice and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the picnic tables near chair 8 and walking to the pier. We also walked to all the restaurants we ate at. Nice place!

The unit and the host were amazing!!! Before the trip and during our stay the host made sure we had all we needed. And wow the unit and property are beautiful. You literally have everything you need. The grounds are peaceful and the view is spectacular. My son and I will be back for sure.

I highly recommend this condo. The deck is magical for drinking morning coffee while watching the surfers. The host was also extremely helpful and there to answer any questions.

The Host was very welcoming and accommodating of my time constraints for check-in. It was a very comfortable space with a lot of nice touches as far as vacation rentals go. My favorite part is that the beach sand is exactly 100 paces from the front door of the condo... I counted.

Wonderful location steps away from the beach was super convenient. Local market and liquor store was only 10min walk at most. It was nice listening to the waves from our unit. Complex amenities were nice and communication was impeccable. Definitely made our trip that much better!

Michelle, was responsive and so friendly from yeh very beginning. She made check in and out so smooth. We had the best stay . The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and beautiful. The studio was fully equipped for everything you need. The endless touches , labeled every cupboard and devices making it easy for us. We were given a special welcome gift that we willremember this weekend.This was the best VBO we have rented, it’s beyond 5 stars! We will be back.

Michelle the host was absolutely fantastic. Easy to communicate with. I’ve been coming to North Coast Village for 20 years now and this condo by far has the BEST! I was very impressed by how clean and organized the condo was. She had drawers labeled so it wasn’t hard to find anything. Condo came with a lot of extras like shampoo, conditioner, soap, sunscreen, towels & etc. Tons of beach stuff such as boogie boards, chairs, cooler, umbrella, balls and especially wagon came in handy. Also tons of games, puzzles, pool, ping pong and miniature golf equipment. You name it and this condo had it and MORE! And the location and view from balcony was AMAZING! Will definitely be staying here again. Absolutely loved it!!!
