The dining area seats four around a beautiful wood table. There are also two additional seats at the counter for quick bites.

Experience an attractive beach theme throughout the unit, including custom accent walls created with driftwood vinyl planks that accentuate and take the beachy feel of the condo to the next level. You will easily relax and feel like you truly are on a vacation. Enjoy two large sofas and an oversized armchair in the living room where you can lounge and relax while recouping from your day in the sun. The living room also features a fully functioning fireplace and 56 in flatscreen Smart TV that you can use to stream your favorite movies and tv shows as well as have the option of a Blu-ray player or cable with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed wifi is also available free of charge with your rental.

Like the rest of the condo, the bathroom has also been completely updated and styled with a clean, modern feel. Enjoy the ceramic sink vanity with additional storage drawers in the separate vanity area and a chic and beautifully tiled tub shower combo in the bath area.

SLEEPING
C112 is set up to sleep 4 guests. End your day in ultimate comfort. The bedroom features a pillow-top King bed, and there is a Queen-sized sleeper with a memory foam topper in the living space. Leave the windows open and listen to the waves as they lull you into a peaceful sleep. Feel free to also utilize the 32 in smart tv located in the bedroom.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
