Welcome to your ideal vacation retreat in Oceanside, CA! This remodeled home offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and fun. The spacious garage has been thoughtfully converted into a game room, complete with a ping pong table, dartboard, an assortment of board games, and two bicycles for exploring the area (as well as helmets and locks).



Inside, you`ll find three TVs, including a 75-inch TV in the living room, making it perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open-concept living and dining areas are designed for relaxation and easy entertainment, creating a welcoming space for family and friends.



The kitchen is stocked with ample glass Tupperware for meal prepping and food storage, excess dishes and utensils, wine glass, large cooking bowls, and a new cookware set, as well as a Keurig, a large K-cup tower, a toaster, and a blender! For families traveling with infants or toddlers, the home includes a Pack-n-Play and a high chair to make your travel day a little bit easier.



Step outside into the backyard, where tropical vibes await. With plenty of outdoor seating, an outdoor dining table, and a hammock, it`s the ideal space for unwinding after a day at the beach or enjoying a sunny afternoon. The fenced-in yard offers privacy and a safe environment for pets, making this a pet-friendly home. String lights are hung for added lighting!

We are excited to welcome you to Oceanside, to help you launch into a new job, a new apartment, or just to escape to a world famous beach destination for a few weeks or months! Oceanside is less crowded than San Diego but has just as much to offer, so let us be home base while you make some awesome memories!



Having a car is pretty essential. Ride sharing is an option, but can be pricey. If you do have a car, the driveway can fit 3 cars and there is plenty of free street parking. Two cars can fit comfortably on the street in front of the home.



We do not have any child safety features in the home, while children are welcome, please monitor your children at all times



Please do not leave your pets unattended alone at the home or in the backyard. If pets must be left home please make sure they are crated. Please do not leave pet waste in the yard during your stay and make sure it is promptly cleaned. A limited supply of waste bags are available for the start of your stay. Thank you!



Guests acknowledge the risks of riding a bicycle and assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses. Owner and property manager are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses. Guests are instructed to follow safety laws, ensure the bicycle is in good condition, and immediately report any issues. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of the bicycle and agrees to pay for repairs or replacement.



One other quick note, we like to have a quick chat with guests requesting stays for six weeks or longer. It helps us to learn more about you, and for you to learn more about the space, which ultimately helps make your stay as comfortable as possible!
