âGreat hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved.
The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning
The surroundings offered very few breakfast places though. And the breakfast menu at the hotel was insanely expensive.â
âI forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Donât understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. â
âExcellent. Spacious, extremely clean room/suite (#403). Nice view. Bright lighting. Lots of windows with natural light. Black out shades worked perfectly.
My only suggestion: a small fan/exhaust fan would be nice in the bathroom area.â

âFrom the hotel's location, it was simple and a short drive to get to the riverfront area of Covington and into Cincinnati. There was no view of the Ohio River from the property, which I thought might be visible, but the property was well lit, clean, and my family felt safe on the premises.â

âAmazing and kind staff! The hotel manager himself greeted us and went beyond to make our stay the most comfortable. Simply the best and walking distance from everything in town. â
