“Generally a good hotel. The staff were amazing and beyond, so friendly, welcoming, helpful, hospitality personified. Rooms very clean, if a bit dated. The breakfast, however, was terrible. Nothing but ultra-high processed foods, high in sugar, salt and trans fats. What little fruit was available was not fresh. Breakfast was also served on paper plates with disposable plastic cutlery. Disappointing. ”

“Good value for the bucks, especially if you want to do Brooklyn - which is nice and less hysterical than Manhattan. Just around the hotel the area seems a little sketchy - but we walked to the hotel even at dark with no problem. And across the big road it’s nice neighborhoods and streets. You can walk along Smith street or along the water promenade. Good breakfast. ”

“Incredibly helpful staff. Having a kitchenette and full breakfast with lots of good choices made the stay with my young grandson much easier. Everything was clean and in good condition. Convenient location with a local market at the end of the block, a subway stop a block and a half away and many great restaurants within easy walking distance.”

“Trevlig personal och fräscha rum. Lite märklig design av duschhörna som gör utrymmet framför handfatet lite trångt. Enkel enahanda frukost bestående av äggröra., bröd, kaffe jordnötssmör, någon proteinkälla typ nuggets. Men man står sig på den fram till lunch. Mycket lugnt område med polisstation bredvid och nära till tunnelbanan som tar 30 - 40 minuter in till manhattan. Sköna sängar. Men läget och comforten i förhållande till priset gör hotellet till ett bra val.”
