Quality Ocean Park Rental bara några minuter från Maine Premier 7 Mile Sandy Beach

Välkommen till "OceanBrook" det första ordet i kvalitet havet Maine semesterbostäder. Vår unika tre enhet semester förening, som ligger i hjärtat av det historiska Ocean Park och Jordan Park Marsh, är idealiskt beläget nära Maine berömda sju mil sandstrand på Saco Bay. Och det är bara en 3-5 minuters promenad (2 block) till stranden. OceanBrook tre högkvalitativa enheter är tillgängliga för veckovis och flera uthyrning veckan från sista veckan i juni till första veckan i september. (Vår Sommar högsäsong.) Under resten av året finns det ett två (2) natt minimitidsbehov för någon av våra tre enheter.
När du inte njuter av stranden, kan du koppla av på sido uteplatser träsket för mellanmål eller en grill. Medan OceanBrook ligger mitt i Ocean Park, sitt unika läge på den skyddade Wildlife Refuge ger en känsla av integritet som du koppla av i skuggan under spridnings pilar och björkar. Om du vill utforska, är OceanBrook idealiskt beläget på södra Maine kusten, några minuter från Maine Turnpike.
Dessutom finns det gott om off-street gästparkering (2 tilldelade platser per enhet) med vissa parkering för besökare.

OBB home

Our entire stay was perfect from when we arrived being greeted by the owners who couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. We were given a tour of the property as well as some restaurants tips. The property itself is beautiful. The location is fabulous a mile from the pier and only a five minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of seven, beautiful all season porch and the outside patio areas with plenty of grills faced the marsh a beautiful setting .Thanks to the Vincent family from the Byrom's for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Great property!

My family and I had a great stay here in Ocean Park. It is a great location! Close to the beach and to the center of town. The unit was super clean and had e everything you needed!! Joel was great to deal with too! Would definitely stay there again!

We LOVE Maine

We've been coming to OOB for more than 50 years. This was the first time we rented a house so our kids could stay with us. We love the location. The house has everything we needed and more. Well-appointed, clean, comfortable. It can accommodate a family with many options. No one needs to crash on the floor! We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic location, pictures do not do it justice. Sunroom looking over the marsh is wonderful, two blocks to beach, 4 to the Soda Fountain. Everything comfortable and in good working order, plenty of AC capacity even when the temp spiked to 92. Communication with owner was easy and effective. Basically a perfect Ocean Park property. Strongest recommendation.

Excellent beach vacay stay!

Pre 4th of July Annual visit to Old Orchard Beach

We have been staying in the Old Orchard Beach area over the last three years in three different location each time. This visit to the Ocean Beach area and this home is our favorite. Joel and Jane were so nice. Joel met us there the first day and made sure that we knew all about the property and sites. We even met Rocky one of the turtles that come with the property:) We stayed with our two grown children and our four grandchildren and had a blast. Ty

Great place

Perfect location! Just a couple of blocks from the beach. Plenty of room in the condo. Up stairs bedrooms have three bunks which makes it Great for children Two bedrooms on main floor, sunroom is wonderful to have your morning coffee watching the ducks and cranes in the morning. The kitchen has everything and more that you will need. Had a wonderful time with neighboring family members.. you can’t go wrong renting this beautiful condo.

Lovely Little Gem

This was a beautiful property in a perfect location for our trip. Walking distance to the beach and close to hop on a highway an explore. Plenty of room for a large family and the home was equipped with everything we needed to make us comfortable. Joel was wonderful in communicating and very accommodating. The views were outstanding from the sun room. We had a lovely time.

Maine in the Fall was Beautiful

The weather was perfect, the days warm and the evenings were cool. We loved the 7 mile beach and Ocean Park was very "Maine Coastal". Our Vrbo hosts were the best with lots of information for the area and we loved Joe. The condo was perfect for our stay with 4 bedrooms and 5 TVs. We spent 4 days and 3 nights and it was perfect for me and my 3 college friends who get together every few years.

This property was excellent and wish we had more time to enjoy its surroundings. It was very clean and very well equipped. We were in the upper unit of the rear house. Only downfall was that there was no bathroom on the second floor of the unit. Don’t remember if that was in the listing but was not a problem for us.

Wonderful time!

My husband, brother and sister-in-law and I had an amazing time! We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and how quiet and beautiful it was! We also loved all the places to go especially the Portland lighthouse, “Giant’s Stairs” in Harpswell and the lobster at Gurnet’s Trading Company. The host was very responsive to any questions I had, the home was extremely clean, and quiet. We originally we’re going to have our adult kids join us to use the upstairs twin beds but only ended up needing the two downstairs bedrooms. The screened porch was our favorite room:) We all commented on how nice it was to have the beautiful marsh field next door. We would definitely return to this rental!! Highly recommend!

Perfect for our family getaway

We stayed at Joel and Jane’s property for a week long family holiday. We were 5 grownups and 3 kids (12, 5, and 3). The space was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortably. And the sun porch was a lovely spot to read or play “Go Fish!”. I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental. Thanks Joel and Jane!

Great House, Excellent Location!

The Ocean Park house was immaculately clean, comfortably furnished, well equipped, which made for a very pleasant stay for our family group of eight adults and a four year old. The outside area is unique and expands the living area if the weather permits, and the beach is just a couple blocks away! We would definitely stay here again when visiting this part of Maine.

Beautiful Property

The house was beautiful, it had everything we could of needed and very clean. Location was perfect, we walked to the beach daily. Property owners were very accommodating and easy to reach with any questions. We will definitely try to stay there again on our next trip to Maine.

Close to a nice beach, not too crowded (note- no lifeguard nearby). It was a little crowded for our group of 8, but the outdoor space downstairs was great to spread out a bit. The kitchen was totally stocked - we cooked in a lot and had everything we needed. The owners are onsite and helpful. Overall great beach house.

Relaxing with Mother Nature

Entertainment was provided by the squirrels, chipmunks, birds, ducks, AND Hank, the turtle. Each day there was something new to watch! The experience was enhanced by Joel and Jane, who were marvelous hosts. Very friendly and attentive!
