“I love everything about this place. The setting in this Resort is just beautiful and you can see everything for miles. As you walk down through this canals and channels everybody has boats here and there and you can see the huge Rockets over there way way over there by SpaceX and then if you look the other direction you can see the big Sky Rises at South Padre Island. This property has its own washer and dryer full size oven and fridge, beautiful big giant porch and a Jacuzzi. Really nice...

“House is everything that it shows to be. Great for family gathering. Plenty of rooms.Well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. ”

“We loved the views and being on the water. Wished we had our fishing poles as fish were jumping and pelicans diving into the water. The place was a little out dated and no water pressure in the bathroom at all. It was cheap and would stay again as the view was worth the stay.”

“So what first made us look here was the fact that it was pet friendly. This was our first VRBO experience and it was awesome! The inside was very well decorated and very well stocked with anything we needed, even bowls for the pups! The AC was great, the tv’s had great connection, the WiFi was strong enough for both of us to stream video games! The stovetop worked well which is a rare find lol. The place was just adorable inside. We have been to LIV before and it’s such a safe, nice neighborhood...
