“Our family and two dogs stayed at the cottage. The hosts were responsive, and Cara gave us a great tour of the ranch and all the animals. The location very convenient to Portland, grocery store, and shopping. I loved that there was a fenced backyard our dogs could have a little bit of outside time. The kitchen did not have as many condiments as I am used to having stayed at other VRBOs. It was not a big deal for me, but guests should be aware. Otherwise, everything else was available. ”

“Cute and quiet spot in North Portland. Check in was easy and it was a great place to rest our heads after a long day. There was plenty of parking on the side streets, and more than enough room to accommodate our vehicle and cargo trailer. We appreciated the popcorn for a midnight snack! ”

“The property was so cute and the location was perfect for our needs. There were normal older-house noises (creaking wood, can faintly hear conversations upstairs), which are noted in the listing and remedied by the noise-reducing items for use (white noise machines, ear plugs, box fan)! I appreciated that coffee was available to make and the robe in the bathroom was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again! ”

“We stayed here for an extended weekend for my dad’s 90th birthday weekend. The space was was exactly as described and nice to have a separate apartment for a newlywed couple. Location is very close to major arterials-just missing a good neighborhood to walk in. It was very well equipped in the kitchen etc and the communication was above and beyond. We’ll be back for other family gatherings.”

“Beautifully remodeled/updated home, as pictured. Good driveway/parking. Beds are typical foam mattresses. Some found comfy, others in our party did not. Showers are amazing! Basic kitchen items stocked but could use more things. The upstairs does stay hotter than the downstairs, beware if you are hot/cold type. We did run the fans in the bedrooms upstairs. Clean, spacious, incredibly well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, and a nice little backyard space.
