Amazing themed house near Disney

The property is beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything and more than what our family needed. The mermaid room with bunk beds could easily sleep 8 children with the bunk bed having 2 full size beds and a twin trundle bed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dinnerware and plastic kids plates/cups. There is a play ground just a short walk way out the back door and with another short walk on the walking trail there is a community pool. The pool is large enough for several families to enjoy at one time. The neighborhood was nice and several of the units were being renovated/updated during our stay. The owners were quick to respond to questions. We were very pleased with our stay!

Good property but had some issues

The house was decorated nicely, theme rooms were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. The trundle sheet looked worn or maybe wasn’t washed from the previous guest, I’m not sure but all other beds were clean. Clean towels provided. It was very spacious and accommodated my party of 6 well. I will say, Communication leading up to the visit was lacking. I sent two messages that went unanswered. My biggest issue was on the second day we arrive back after being gone all day to seeing one of our rental cars, that was in the driveway, now in the street!!!! Car was locked and keys were with us! Apparently the complex was doing some painting that week and nothing could be on the porch or the driveway. We were absolutely not alerted to this. I would not have booked this property. We asked the workers how did you move the car and they told us it was TOWED with a crane out of the driveway. All the windows were covered in plastic so you could not see out nor open them. Even the back sliding door was completely covered in plastic. The house reeked of paint!! The barbecue that was on the porch was now moved to the front lawn that we had to look at all week long. I immediately contacted the host who gave no indication painting would be going on but the painters and neighbor said They were warned well in advance numerous times and knew that this would be going on. The host apologized but really could care less. That was unacceptable to me. If you’re hosting all of this should be disclosed
