Someone very skilled with creative photography took the pictures. All of the rooms in the condo were considerably smaller than depicted in the photos. The impression of a washer and dryer in the condo was false, The Enclave has two laundry rooms in the building, which require the use of a credit card. The pictures of the restaurant, bar, and convenience store are FALSE Those facilities were closed a few years ago! POSITIVES: the condo was very clean, cost of Ubers to Universal studios ranged from 7 to 23, depending on the park, time of day, and availability.

Close to universal, though not walking distance. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The furniture was clean though and comfortable and the small amenities were appreciated - bathroom items, pool towels, nice coffee maker, TV in each room. Space was small overall but met our needs. Facility is outdated but we appreciated the presence of security/staff for any questions or needs. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Location is perfect for universal and in reach of all major attractions. It’s a 5 min drive to universal. Building and grounds are maintained and cleaned well. Exterior pool and hot tub was crystal clean and interior pool is in the adjacent building. Plenty of convenient parking. Condo is clean and all needed amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, towels, hair dryer) were provided. We used all the beds and found them quite comfortable. Kitchen is small and without an oven but with some creativity we were able to prepare breakfast and dinner for the 5 of us during the 10 day duration of our stay. Just enough dinnerware is provided, so we did a lot of handwashing so we had enough utensils which wasn’t a problem. We used the dishwasher as a drying rack rather than running it constantly to clean utensils and plates. I cooked many meals from scratch and had just enough supplies to make it work. Lots of hand washing to make the few cooking supplies stretch. We found the condo quiet and most of the guests in the entire building are tourists. Host responded quickly to any needs (like when we couldn’t find the interior pool).

Only stayed one night because mattress was very uncomfortable and cheap. Furniture and fixtures were also cheap. If price is more important than being comfortable then this would be a good option. Place is 1.5 miles from Universal and not a 8 minute walk like advertised.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was the perfect space for my husband, three young kids, and myself. The location was PERFECT for all things Universal, and also easy to get to the Disney properties too. It’s across the street from Pirates Adventure, so check that out for some fun. I will note that the Pizza Hut in the pictures is no longer there, but there is one a few blocks away - we walked there just fine. Also, the laundry is coin operated. Not a deal breaker just nice to know. We would happily stay here again!

Location was good and pool was nice. However pictures in listing did not reflect what was really available at this rental. There was no bar, I was told by information desk that it has been closed for two years. I also could not see where there was any store as shown in pictures. Complex and unit is in need of updating.

Vacaciones 2025 en Orlando

En el segundo dia de estadia tubimos problemas para entrar al departamento por que la cerradura electronica dejo de funcionar y llamaron a alguien de mantenimiento para reemplazarla completamente lo que nos hizo esperar casi 2 horas sin poder acceder a la propriedad. Salvo eso, todo lo demas estubo bien!

Room was good and owner very responsive. Property gym, indoor pool and hot tubs were under construction and we were not made aware of this when booking which was important to us. Air conditioning was not working the first night but it wasn’t too hot so that wasn’t a problem

Trip to Orlando

Very clean, small two bedroom condo. I was under the assumption it had a washer/dryer. It did have a PAY washer/dryer down the hallway. Not in condo. This was an inconvenience for me, although others may be fine with it!!

Location is decent with close proximity to Universal, however, cleanliness was lacking. Several of the towels had long hairs on them and the shower curtains were moldy and mildewed. Room sleeps six however, barely had enough seating for eating—3 bar stools and a couch were the only options.
