Beautiful and fun home!

My family and I loved this home and hated to leave. It was very beautiful. We loved the game room and spent a lot of evenings in there enjoying the pool table. The 50’s diner theme was very inviting. We also loved the beautiful pool and spa. The neighborhood was very nice. We would definitely recommend this home. A wonderful time was had by all!

High School band trip to Disney

Property was clean-very nice house. Had some issues with the communication on the alarm systems and property management company. When we got there the pool guy had left the hose running in the pool and the pool was overflowing. I did some of the wash and put towels by washing machine when we left- turned air to 77. I thought we left the house pretty clean. My wife and I stayed there and we had our daughter and grandson.

Kissimmee house

The house was nicely furnished and clean. The check in process was easy. But the showers did not have hot water, and the heating system blew cold air instead of hot air. So, though this is Florida, in the winter we still needed a warmer place.

The pictures don’t do this place justice!

This was a beautiful home! Not only were the beds comfortable there was so much to do in the house, we had the pool heated and it was perfect! Had a few minor inconveniences but Lisa got back to me super efficiently and took care of things. She was very kind and very professional! I highly recommend this place!

home automation system - too much is not good

The house is lovely, but the main issue which we found very disturbing was the hyper-sensitive electronic sensor and voice activation of the front door, which caused the voice to broadcast "you are being recorded" every time a bird flew by and every time a car passed by the house. We asked for the sensor to be turned off but were told it was not possible. So on a rainy day when we were just home relaxing, we had to listen to this ridiculous voice outside the front door going off all throughout the day. As well, to be told that "you are being recorded" every single time you go in and out of the house is extremely annoying.

Great Place

Everything was great with our stay for the most part. It was very clean, freshly painted, well taken care of. The pool table is very old and not in very good shape, but we did not use it a whole lot. We did have a problem with the pool heater not working for two days while we were there. I called and left a voicemail for the property manger one morning, and I still to this day have not received a call. Luckily that afternoon a gentleman came by to change the filter on the HVAC unit and he asked if everything was good with the property. I told him about the pool heater not working and he looked at it and was able to fix it quickly. I am still a little frustrated that the property manager did not return my call. We had to pay extra money per day to have the pool heater, I am sure we will not get a refund for the two days it didn't work. That's not a huge deal as it's not a lot of money, just the principal, and the fact that they did not return the phone call.

Florida vacation

House was nice and mostly modern. Were just a few things that could be changed/updated/fixed but didn’t hinder our stay. Would have preferred to have a hot tub not a spa tub, didn’t realize there was a difference. Enjoyed our stay, we were close to lots of shopping and restaurants galore.

Exactly like the pictures

This property is just as pictured. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everything we needed for a great vacation. We paid for pool heat and the pool was heated perfectly and was used daily. Nice lighting in the pool area for night swimming. Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood.

Very good overall

It is a rental house that is not really lived in. It is rented for vacation stays. When there was an issue, like hot tub or pool heating issue, they sent someone the next day. I had to call to figure out why the pool was not working as it was expected to. In the end the issue was a low water level, so we ran the hose into it overnight and that resolved and all was ok. We washed the dishes and tried to leave it as we arrived it. Though one point, It was advertised as having a foosball table at it was not ther :)

Excellent Stay

Lisa did a great job communicating with me prior to our stay and called to check in to make sure we had all that we needed. Everything was very clean and is just a presented in the listing. The location was perfect for us in regards to distance from the things that we wanted to do. Just what we were looking for.

First trip to Orlando area

My family and I enjoyed our stay and had an amazing vacation. Management responded quickly to questions we had prior to arrival. I was nervous because of a couple reviews I read, but have to say they were either way off or they did some amazing cleaning and updating prior to our arrival. We spent our mornings sipping coffee by the pool and planning our day, and enjoyed playing board games, air hockey and pool in the evenings. They thought of everything, even had sand toys for us to use on our beach excursion. 3 different types of coffee makers, towels galore, hangers for our clothes, and pool floats for relaxing in the pool. Definitely an A+ in our book! Thank you so much for having us, and we will be booking with you again next year!
