Vårt rymliga radhus med två våningar är perfekt för alla att njuta av allt som Orlando kan erbjuda.

Vardagsrummet är keramiskt kaklat, har en 42 "plattskärms-TV med HD-kabel och en lädersektion. Det finns uteplats utanför vardagsrummet, där du kan njuta av en kall dryck.

Matsalen och köket levereras fullt med apparater, diskmaskin, disk, allt mat- och köksredskap.

En tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns också i radhuset för din användning.

Sovrummet på bottenvåningen är av bra storlek och har ett badrum med badkar / duschkombo.

Den övre nivån har tre sovrum; ett sovrum har eget badrum med badkar / duschkombo och det finns också ett komplett badrum och ett fåfänga / handfat utanför huvudbadrummet.

Venetian Bay Villages är ett exklusivt, familjevänligt, gated (24/7 säkerhet på plats) & lyxigt resort community - utvecklat för en semester livsstil.

Ligger 30 minuter från Disney, MGM (Hollywood Studio's), Epcot, Universal Studio's & Islands of Adventure, Sea World.

En timme och du är på stranden. Om du inte vill resa, är den uppvärmda poolen en kort minuts promenad från vårt radhus med ett separat spa och ligger bredvid klubbhuset med arkadspel och gym.

Det finns ytterligare tre pooler, lekplatser, grillplatser, tennis, basket och volleybollplaner.

En verkligt avkopplande tillflyktsort i hjärtat av Florida. Varför betala för ett litet hotellrum när du kan njuta av din semester i ett bekvämt och rymligt radhus med gott om bekvämligheter och ett komplett kök.

Really great property with access to a lot of amenities in the Kissimmee area. The property was large and well furnished. The owners communication was excellent, providing us with all the details needed to register our car well in advance. The security staff at the front gate were always pleasant and helpful and generally the site had a lovely quiet and calm feel to it. Would definitely stay again.

Ron was great on his communication. He gets 5 stars on this! The listing was exactly how it was listed. The only issue we had was that one of the bedrooms had no dresser, the closet was locked and their was not a t.v. This made it less comfortable for a teenager. We had 6 people in our group. One had to take that room. Plus, it has baby locks on the door handle from the outside, she accidentally locked herself in that room.

Overall a very good experience! Clean, comfortable, 4 bedroom condo. Very reasonable price. Few little repairs that need attention and wish there would have been extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.

Not completely satisfied

The stay was ok for 14 days. However, these are some of the issues. Improvements/recommendations: -dinning chairs need upholstering -tvs are not in all of the bedrooms -no house phone (we were out of the country guest no way to communicate locally) -mattresses and linens (need updating) -overall decor need updating Somewhat disappointed with the living area but we made the best of the situation.

Great Stay for our Disney Trip

We loved our stay at this home. The home was just as described and we had no issues at all. It was a quiet location and we had plenty of space for our family of 7. After reading reviews I was worried about the security but we did not have any issues. We registered our vehicle after arriving and the security process was fairly quick every time we entered. We also used the pool without any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home. Beautiful property. TERRIBLE security.

We loved the home. Property was beautiful and close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean. Beds were really comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for the week. Pools were beautiful. But, the security guards put a damper on our whole week. They randomly closed the pools for no reason. They asked my husband to leave the pool area for wearing “street clothes” which was a swim shirt. Security was just plain rude for no reason. They made my children uncomfortable and we were made to feel unwelcome the whole week. Ron (the owner) was great and communicated with us quickly when we messaged about the troubles with security. He understood our frustration, but he has no control over the security employees. Overall we loved the home, but not sure if we’d stay again unless there were some changes to the security department.

Nice Home

We stayed 1 month and the home was very clean and was like the pictures. We had a small problem with one toilet but contacted the owner and he got it fixed right away. We would stay there again. Only suggestion would be if the patio was a little bigger so more people could sit.

Nice Condo, TERRIBLE security guards

I would like to start out by saying the condo itself is nice, as pictured; 4 rooms/3 baths. Perfect for our family of 8. Ron, was easy to work with, returned messages quickly. HOWEVER, I would never this condo again due to SECURITY. The listing doesn't mention how present security is, from day one of trying to move into the condo they were asking questions about what we were doing and why we had things outside our van. At the pool, my oldest (22 years old was sitting with her feet in the pool and they made it clear she cannot go in with street clothes, she wasn't, she had her feet in the pool). Day 2 at pool, we had a ball with us (not to throw in the pool as there's a sign no balls allowed) but because my husband and son were playing ball earlier, security officer Mike came and took our ball, had to place it outside of pool grounds (seriously, we are adults and were not going to allow our children to play with the ball in the pool). Let's not forget all the rules at the pool, basically don't be a kid and try to have fun!!!! That's not listed in the condo listing. NO MUSIC allowed at pool. NO FOOD OR DRINK. I had a coffee at the pool and officer Dave came and had to check for alcohol that could be in it and then I had to remove my COFFEE. Let's not forget the morning of check out when my van wouldn't start and officer Derenda would not let the tow truck I called for it into the property. Basically don't rent unless you don't mind being followed and harrassed by security.

3 King beds with 2 en suite bathrooms. Heated pool averaging over 87 degrees, and a huge hot tub. Gated community is quiet, clean, and safe with lots of playgrounds.
