The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you could want or need for your stay.
Amenities such as dishwasher soap, washing machine materials, trash bags, sponges, hair shampoo and conditioner, body soap, dishes detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided for FIRST TIME use. If more quantities of the amenities listed above are needed, it would be our guest's responsibility to acquire more.
No extra cost for a High Chair and Pack n Play (Request prior to arrival).
This house does not have a barbecue. If guests wish to use the barbecue grills, a rent cost of US $85 will be applied per week.
**Cleaning Procedures**
Our professional laundry service works with the commitment to perform a high-temperature wash located at an industrial high-valued 5-star laundry facility that is not only well-known in the market but also used by other major companies such as Disney World Resorts and top-ranking hotels with the objective to exterminate any bacteria on every linen, bed sheet, and pillowcase, all being delivered wrapped and sealed awaiting to be opened by our guests. The same standard applies with the wash and delivery of brand new and ironed towels, pool towels (if applicable), face towels, and washcloths, which are provided accordingly with the capacity of guests for the home, as well with extra quantities to better accommodate our patrons.
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays.

- **Florida Mall** – If you need a little break from all the amusement parks, step out for a day of shopping at the Florida Mall, with plenty of shopping opportunities at stores such as American Girl, the Crayola Experience, Zara, Mayors & more. Plus, there are several great restaurants as well.
- **The Hideaway Club at Storey Lake** – Enjoy cool blue water in the lazy river or enjoy sliding down one of two water slides available. The resort pool has a splash area great for kids! Hideaway Club has a tiki-bar with a delicious food and drink menu. Want a treat? An Ice Cream parlor is available poolside. Also available activities are Kayak rentals, an arcade game room, and a fitness center to work up a sweat. The possibilities are endless!
- **Universal Studios** – If you have not yet had your fill of amusement parks, head over to Universal Studios for another fun-filled day of roller coasters!
