This is the main part of the home, completely private, and with no shared spaces. While the neighborhood is very quiet, only a few blocks down the road it's nothing but bustling malls, theme parks and stores. It's 9 minutes away from Universal Studios, 10 minutes from Millennia Mall, 15 minutes from Disney and Seaworld, 15 minutes from the Convention Center and 20 minutes from Downtown Orlando. Very centric and close to International Drive, the Turnpike and I-4.

Place was dirty. Food in the drain, frig was dirty, dirty napkins in the freezer, garbage in the closets, just to name a few. Kitchen stool very wobbly and could/should not be used. Very minimal kitchen amenities (no toaster?). The Wi-fi info given to me didn't work. Only one towel in the kitchen and no hand towels anywhere in the house. Location was good and water pressure and temperature were great.

Relaxing family weekend.

If you are looking for top of the line, this is not your place. For us, it was great and felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was cute. Basic essentials are provided, you just need your food and seasonings. The water was hot and felt great. This is the place for a quiet relaxing time to rest and recharge. It was conveniently located to entertainment and parks.

Amazing accommodations

We stayed here in September for a final family trip before all our kids were off and grown. Our youngest just graduated high school. The check in process was a breeze I had all the information HOURS before we even arrived. Timely responses whenever we had a question. The house was immaculate and just what we needed for a family vacation! I would definitely book this home again

Dirty moldy not kept up

All the walls have cracks and covered in dirt. Main bathroom ceiling is covered with mold along with behind the toilet and all the vents. There's a thick layer of dust covering all of the blinds,lights, decor. The flooring is cracked and dirty. Bottom of kitchen cabinets are all torn apart, along with the doors and frames. The paint is peeling and chipping off everywhere. They forgot to let you know that there are other people staying at this property as well even tho it's listed as a house and private it's not the windows are dirty with dead bugs and other elements. They also have cockroaches

La propiedad está adecuada para el precio, tiene excelente ubicación, está limpia, pero por fuera está un poco descuidada. La comunicación estuvo fatal, solo me pude comunicar una vez para hacer el check in. Luego escribí y llamé para notificar que el microhondas no funcionaba y nunca me contestaron.

Great location

We stayed during a quick trip to universal which was less than a 10 minute drive. Didnt spend much time at the rental, but it was clean, tvs worked well and beds were comfortable.

Spring break

Super easy to book and communicate with the owner. Bedrooms were spacious enough for 5 people. Neighborhood is actually quiet and close to all major attractions. Could use some cosmetic improvements and dusting but good value for the cost. And there is no washer/dryer so could use a clothes line or something.

Great location, older house, very spartan

Stayed here in March 2024 for 4 nights. Check in and out was easy. House is in an older neighborhood with small houses from the 1950’s. Location is very close to Universal and is within 1/2 mile from construction of Epic Universal. House is very sparse on kitchen items. Only 6 plates, 3 bowls, no can opener, and 5 drinking glasses. No Dishwasher. Bathrooms are very dated, but functional. The tub had no stopper and I had to ask the owner to buy one, which he did promptly the next day. Biggest problem was the A/c unit. The unit is severely undersized, had no filter on it, and the drain was clogged, causing the unit to shut off when the float sensor engaged. House got in the low 80’s at night for several nights. A/c unit was badly neglected. Once the owner was notified, he personally came over and fixed the problems the next day. All things considered, you get what you pay for. If you was just going to sleep and bath here, this house is fine, but the neighborhood is noisy due to the large warehouses behind it, with the constant roar of refrigerated trucks.

Great location and beautiful home

Our group enjoyed our one night stay immensely. The property is located so conveniently close to Universal and was a blessing at the end of a long, long day. Thank you for the great stay!

Very close to Universal. Good size place and nicely equipped. Owner responded to plumbing issue promptly. Netflix and tvs in all bedrooms was nice.

Nice house

The house could use a washer and dryer but there isn't room inside. More towels for those staying longer would have been nice, but the house was very nice overall. Some instructions about the house, hot water and using the TVs would be helpful. We will go back.

Great location for all of the restaurants and activities. Nice neighbors. Needs a washer and dryer because we only got 1 towel per person for 4 nights but overall we loved our stay in the house.

Close to Universal but filthy/worn

Host communicated well before we arrived. Cute decor. Lg beds. Nice kitchen. Close to Universal!:) But, the home was filthy (walls had gunk splatters, chipped paint), floor grout nasty, baseboard & bathroom floors caked with grime, master bath flooring loose & broken). Im sure it was in excellent shape at one time but needs a deep clean, paint & repairs. Home is a duplex which wasnt clear in listing — creeped us out peeps were coming and going right in front of our windows. Finally walked around back and there is a tiny lil rented back area and figured out what was going on. Neighborhood is 50/50 depressed vs well kept. Just not a good experience.

Stay in Orlando

Very comfortable spacious three bedroom house. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bedrooms are very comfortable the beds are very comfortable. Great parking space for the car. Very quiet neighborhood. The host answered all my questions very promptly and was readily available always. We had a very good stay!!! Very close to turnpike and restaurants.
