Lake Sunrise Villa is furnished to a very high standard, fully air-conditioned, spacious at 3,500 sq ft villa sleeps 10. Set in large private garden overlooking Star lake with fabulous Sunrise Views, enjoy Florida living - all day sun on our large pool area, with covered lanai outdoor lounge to relax by day and watch TV and chat about your day long into the evening!

Our home features beautifully designed spacious living accommodation, decorated with comfort and style in mind. The paved driveway has space for up to 4 cars - this is your ideal home away from home!

Entering the home you will find the first of two sitting rooms, with doors to the pool area - an ideal place to relax, catch up on the events of the day or enjoy gazing at the beautiful lake view.
The formal dining area is also here where you can enjoy family meals together,

These two rooms lead to the large family room, with views of the lake and doors to the pool and lanai area. There is a large well equipped kitchen, with counter seating a further Dining nook - ideal for games night - and there is a large sitting area with leather sofas and large TV.

On the left side of the home is the 1st of two Master King bedrooms, this ground floor room has a large ensuite bathroom, with soaker tub, walk in shower and double vanities, and a walk in wardrobe. Decorated in a light coastal style, this room features a sitting area with patio doors and views of the lake.

The 2nd Master bedroom is upstairs - a very large room with King bed, it has an ensuite, walk in shower and double vanity and a large walk in closet. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and chairs, making this a perfect retreat.

Off the family room, is the 3rd Suite, this features a Queen bed with an ensuite Shower Room - this has access to the pool area and serves as a pool bathroom.

The two further bedrooms share the family bathroom - One is a Twin room with a Mickey Theme, ideal for children or adults - the second Seashore theme room is a flexible room which can be set as Twin Beds or a King,
All bedrooms feature luxury linens, comfortable mattresses and a smart tv.

There is a fabulous large games room (decor to be finished). This has a slate bed pool table and foosball (table football), air hockey, table for games, arcade machine and large Smart 75"TV and reclining chairs. Fully air conditioned.

There is free, fast and secure wifi throughout the home

Outside you will find an extended deck for all day sun surrounding the large L shaped 30 x 18ft very private swimming pool and in ground hot tub. LED pool colour changing lighting creates a magical atmosphere at night.
There is a covered lanai with - with very comfortable seating for enjoying time outdoors, and plenty of sun loungers. There is also an outside TV.
Dine alfresco at the dining table with chairs for relaxing and catching up on the days events while enjoying the beautiful view over Star Lake.
The beautiful paved pool deck and paved area outside the cage, with large professional Gas BBQ and Bar top table, is idea for enjoying Florida outside living.
Set in spacious gardens our home has plenty of space all round.
Soon to be installed secure fenced area, ideal for outdoor games.
The BBQ is included in your rate at no additional cost, provided it is left clean at the end of your stay.

Our home is fully managed locally by our wonderful House Managers, so you always have someone to call in case of a problem.

Answers to often asked questions -
All bedrooms are on the ground floor with the exception of 1 large King suite which is upstairs, there are in total 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 rooms with twin beds (one flexible to allow for a king bed if required)
Pool Towels and bathroom towels provided.
There is a Coffee machine for filter coffee or pods (K-cups) & electric kettle.
The laundry area has a front loading washer and separate dryer.
The home has a keyless entry system, ring door bell and intruder alarm.
All doors to the pool area are alarmed to comply with Florida legislation.

Parking is available for up to 4 cars on the driveway - no roadway parking. The community does not allow RV, trailer or commercial vehicle parking

In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use outside.
The villa is self-service-we provide a smaller starter pack of toilet rolls, cleaning materials, including dishwasher tabs and clothes washing tabs, paper towel, trash bags and a small face soap - guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as additional soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. according to their requirements. We do not supply kitchen spices etc for health and safety reasons.

Lead guest Must be 25+ Years of age - booking form with all guests names required to be completed.
No Party Groups or events of any kind are allowed.
* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking. It will cost $40 per night or in warmer months $20 per night for Spa only.
* All bookings are now covered by a Damage Protection Coverage
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
Baby package including high chair, crib/cot & stair gates, pack and play, baby monitor, play mat and play pen - available at no extra charge.
Accessible - Although not specifically adapted for wheelchairs, the ground floor is easily accessible.
