매우 만족스러운 숙소

숙소는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 제공되는 시설과 설비는 충분했고 호스트의 응답도 매우 빨랐습니다. 또한 디즈니월드와 바인아울렛이 근처에 있고 주변에 마트와 식당도 많아서 생활하기 편리했습니다. 다음에 또 이용할 예정입니다.

Girls Weekend.

Everything was great, They stayed in constant communication with me but I never needed anything. The only problem was the walls were pretty dirty and damaged needed to be painted orher than that all was great for our girls weekend. I would stay again.

A casa é incrível, ainda melhor e maior do que aparenta nas fotos! Muito espaçosa e bem equipada! Nota 10 para a geladeira com máquina de gelo! Decoração de muito bom gosto, um parabéns especial aos quartos de casal e do mickey! A localização é excelente, muita comodidade e restaurantes nos arredores! Acesso rápido aos parques da Disney! Condomínio tranquilo, bonito e sem burocracia! A comunicação foi fácil e ágil! Camas muito confortáveis! Adoramos tudo, com certeza voltaríamos!

The house was nicely decorated and we felt right at home. The property responds very quickly on all emails. We were there when there was a heat wave, so the temperature was a bit warm as there were no fans and rule not to lower temperature below 72. There is also no water kettle so we had to boil water for tea with pots on the stove. Other than that we had a great stay and would recommend.

The pool at the house was very small, the filter was poor so it didn’t stay clean. The report pools were ok, but the loud music blaring out was off putting - no chance to relax, and the policy of no outside food and beverage was too harsh - couldn’t even bring a refillable water bottle.

Went on a four day family trip to Orlando. Great location, about 15 minutes to Disney parks, and about 25-30 minutes to Universal. Place was clean and beds were comfy plenty of space for our group of 8. Cell service was not so great and communication with the property company could use some improvement since cell reception isn’t great in the community.

Great big home, cozy, just needs some TLC

The home is spacious and a great location. Having our own pool was awesome. Resort amenities are fantastic. We really enjoyed the hideaway club. The home needs repairs, lots of little broken things that look like they've been repaired, but were repaired poorly. The home needs to be painted. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. Recommend bringing your own frying pan, and cooking tongs. Pack toliet paper, paper towels, garabage bags, dish washing soap and laundry soap. You're only provided enough of these products to last a couple of days. Also bring face cloths, those aren't provided at all.

The pool is screened in which was great! We got the pool heater (extra) it was working most of the time. When it wasn’t they got it checked out the next day. The hall bathroom upstairs shower was used by one person once and had some leaking in the kitchen. We reported right away and didn’t use that shower again. (There are three) they said they were going to send someone, but we were at the parks. When we arrived the front door combo lock was dead. They got back to me right away, but wasn’t able to get someone out right away. They had me get in through a sliding door in the back. The handy man came the next morning to fix it with new batteries, but it needed replacing. They did replace it the following day. All communication was done by very friendly text messages. Pool towels are not provided, so I ordered them and pool toys on Amazon and they were delivered the next day. (Which they allow.) The neighborhood was very safe and the Chinese restaurant outside the back security gate was VERY good. Getting to all of the parks and airport took 25-30 minutes. Overall the 10 days we spent there was great! The door lock is now new and that was the only issue we had. I would stay there again. It had two rooms upstairs with a full and bunk bed in each and a master with a king, and another bedroom on the main level with a queen. All of the bedding was clean and comfortable. You get a hand towel and bath towel per person.
Kitchen, is supplied with liquid soap, dishes, stove top pans, no baking pans. Has a crockpot, toaster, coffee maker. Has 3 garbage bags supplied. Bring coffee, and salt & pepper.
Two bedrooms have this bed set up, the other is Harry Potter, all have TVs
Master has a nice bathroom too
This room is on the main level. The other bedrooms are upstairs.

This is a well maintained beautifully decorated home. I did have a few issues: first of all the maintenance man entered the home without any notice. He didn't knock, ring doorbell NOTHING. He did apologize but why was he there? No repair or mention of a repair was even attempted. I digressed a little back to the property. There were no face towels or dish towels. They asked that you start the laundry upon leaving but didnt provide detergent and they could use some baking pans. Those are the only minor flaws. The location was ideal less than 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants. Minutes to Disney Parks about 12 minutes to International Drive. And lets not forget Carlos, being close to things means lots of shopping. I was running a few minutes behind with checkout loading my bags he was patient and kind. Thanks again Carlos for maintaining such a beautiful piece of property. Keep up the GREAT WORK this home was very clean. My family has a new home in Florida. The grandkids are already planning another trip this year. So it seems we'll be back. They only reason I didnt give this home 5 stars was because of the issue with the maintenance man. However, the property is definitely worth the money. So dont hesitate.......book and ENJOY. WE DID!!!!!!!!
