  • Detta fritidshus ligger i den populära 24 timmars bevakning Gated Windsor Palms Resort gemenskap. Det finns tre sovrum på första våningen (två är kungen master rum), ett vardagsrum med skinnsoffor och en 50 tums TV. På övervåningen hittar du tre fler sovrum (en king size-säng och två rum med 2 enkelsängar i varje rum). Fyra sovrum har TV och det finns gratis Wifi, kabel och AC i hela huset. Dessutom ger vi dig en PlayStation 4 spelkonsol så att du inte behöver missa någon av din speltid medan du är på semester! Sänglinne, handdukar, och dina grundläggande toalettartiklar är alla utrustade samt ett fullt utrustat kök för att laga mat till din stora fest. Det finns en stor pool och stor däck med spa och gott om poolmöbler. Dessutom, gratis, finns ett bra utbud av barnkammare utrustning för våra mest värdefulla gäster. Garaget är upprättat som ett spelrum med ett skifferbords biljard och air hockey.

    Klubbhuset har en bio, gym, Wii rum, diverse och ett spelområde. Utanför finns en stor gemensam pool, tennisbanor, basket och volleyboll, en grillplats och barnlekplats samt en tiki-bar som serverar drycker som och lite mat.

    Vårt hus ligger precis från 192, där det finns ett stort utbud av restauranger, takeaways och butiker, inklusive stora supermarknader (Walmart ligger precis längs vägen) för alla dina behov. Vi är tillgängliga när som helst för några frågor och hjälp. Vi drivs inte av ett stort förvaltningsbolag där du bara är ett nummer. Vi är ägare till huset och vi bor lokalt. Vi tar hand om huset som vårt eget och du kommer att uppleva skillnaden!

Amazing Place to Stay

Last min Birthday/spring break trip

This property is perfect, great location, very spacious and me n my family enjoyed the pool and spa.. Also the pool table.. very easy to contact the property manager for any questions or getting our guest on the gate.. we will definitely be renting with them again..

This property is very convenient to all the Disney parks. It is close to Walmart, gift stores, and food. My grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. We had a great time.

Nice place. We visited Florida for my dad's retirement. Enough space for all of us. Easy & quick communication with host. Would definitely be renting again in the future.

So close to disney Great place!!

We had a great time. Love the pool, hottub and spaciousness of the house. Loved the Master bedroom downstairs as well as a second master. The princess and batman theme was a hit as well as the game room.

Large property and great location

Overall the home was clean and the host is easy to communicate with. Neighborhood is quiet and it's located close to highways restaurants and walmart. Would stay again!

Great Choice

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location, in a great gated community and a very short commute to Disney. Property was clean, the pool was clean and all the appliances worked. Lots of bedrooms and the two kid's rooms were awesome. Short drive to all major retailers and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again.

Four Day Stay

Had a group of friends stay four days for my best friend’s wedding. Owner was very quick with response. The house was well furnished and very clean. I absolutely recommend for any family trips and vacation!

Nice house. Great location

The house was clean and in good condition. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping stores less than 2 minutes away. it was easy to get to the majors parks and airport.

Family Fun

This was a great booking in a very nice neighborhoods. Check in was a breeze great communication. Host met all of our needs. We received the home clean smelling great stocked with the essentials. Each family member had a nice size room. Pool was huge a lot of family fun. He had 5 locations I will definitely be booking again.

Daughter’s 10 Birthday Trip

This trip was to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday, and it truly meant a lot to us. The house was absolutely wonderful, and I can't express enough how much I appreciated Chai's strong communication throughout our stay. He was always quick to answer my questions, which made everything so much easier. Although the jacuzzi wasn't working during our visit, Chai provided us with alternatives and even graciously allowed us to swim at one of his other rentals. It was so thoughtful of him! I would definitely choose to stay at any of your properties again in the future. Thank you for ensuring we felt welcomed and cared for during our special getaway.

Last minute birthday trip

Home was beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of 7. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. Disney parks were closer than I thought they would be, 15-20 with traffic. Walmart is just around the corner. The best beds and pillows I have ever slept on at a VRBO. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We didn’t have a baby, but they have all the baby stuff u would need. We will definitely stay again!

Best host experience

We originally were booked for an 11 day stay which Chai was helpful and timely with any concerns, he even brought us a propane tank over so we could have Easter dinner off the grill. Unfortunately we had an emergency with one of our guests that caused our family to be in Florida for more time than anticipated. Chai was compassionate and was able to extend our stay as well as checked in on us frequently. Chai will always be special to our family and we will always call him first in the future when visiting. Thank you Chai!!

Nice House, but......

House is nice, but in need of deep cleaning and few repairs. Mildew on window in Kitchen and screen over pool. Several windows had lot of dust and was very visible. Rust on toilets on cut off valves. Pictures were sent to Host. We were not able to watch local TV in the family room. There was no TV in one room downstairs. Furniture needs to be upgraded throughout the house.

Not Family Friendly

My family and I booked to attend our annual gathering. 3 hours in we were being threatened with being put out due to music and kids being loud complaints. Mind you it was only 7 pm and quiet time is at 11 pm. The complaint was only coming from one house, which also was the household that called derogatory names. We had neighbors on both sides, but only one side complained. When I called management he stated that the resort would kick us out, when I explained the situation he stated he was not there and if the resort was calling it was serious. So to have all the luxury however not be able to use them (pool, spa) is very sad. This experience has deterred me from renting a large home again. There was no party, just people that were listed to be in the house. So I will say if you rent this house be prepared not to use the outside if you have more than 1 person. The only positive thing was that management responded quickly. There was fine broken glass on the deck and I cut my foot in 2 spot and when I told him about it he offered to come spray deck down the next day, but by then my family had sweep up what we saw. I would not rent again.
