Great Choice in the Disney/ Seaworld area

We needed a spacious place for a large group near Seaworld and that is EXACTLY what we got!

Great stay

It was a great stay. The house was very spacious, we found it easily. The check in was smoky. The house was perfect for our group, ideal location for visiting Universal Studios. The pool was great for afternoon rest, the kitchen was very well equipped. There was also a barbecue outside so we were able to prepare geat steaks. I wish we could stay longer. I really recommend this place for groups up to 14 people. There was even a baby bed with a mosito net. We didn’t use it but it’s just an information for those who might need it.

FAMILY VACATION

We enjoyed our time at the home. It was quite lovely and clean. The home is spacious and can accommodate a large family. The location was excellent. Athena was also helpful and attentive. Great vacation!

Disney Family Vacation

Our family of 13 spent 9 wonderful days at this Kissimmee, Florida property over the Christmas/New Years period. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of the house and community and managed to visit all 4 major Disney theme parks.

Beautiful spacious home

The home has 7 bedrooms and plenty of space. The Terra Verde Resort was very accommodating to us arriving early and waiting for our Uber to the airport. Has a swimming pool and hot tub. Over all ver nice area to stay for a family of 11. We will book again!

The house works fantastic for the 12 of us - 3 generations.

Plenty of living space, a lovely pool/hot tub, and fantastic game room with pool table, foosball and pac man. The management were responsive to our needs and the clubhouse offered another pool and other amenities. The kids enjoyed basketball, golf and a tennis court. This was our second year in this house. I highly recommend it.

Nice property

Property is nice a couple things could have made it better, but the owner corrected things within her control. I wouldn’t have changed a thing considering the great time we had being together as a family. Thanks Athena for a great stay.

Family Reunion 2025

43 of us stayed in four different homes in Terra Verde. Our family of 16 stayed in the 7 bedroom home listed here. It could not have worked out any better. Great location, house was just what was advertised and suited our crew perfectly. Every aspect of the rental was just as you might hope. Clean, well maintained and surprisingly quiet even with a large group. Excellent experience. We would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing getaway home.

The House was very spacious and clean. This was defiantly a great getaway. The bedrooms were very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The pool and spa were very convent. I really enjoyed my stay. The layout was great providing privacy. There were lots of amenities if you needed a crib, highchair, extra blankets they were there. Its very nice to have a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. It was better than being at home.

Disney area fun house

The game room and the screened in pool area were a great hit for children (age 4 to 16), their parents (two couples) and the grandparents (70’s). We played pool, PacMan, and Foosball. We swam morning noon and night. We watched movies on the big screen TV. The parent, who included professional chefs fed us all well. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bar and miniature golf at the club house. We had enough bedrooms for 6 adults and 6 children. Planning to return next year.

Just Like Home

The property was very neat and clean. It was just as the listing described it to be. But the surprise was that it was way more than we expected. There always ads that say one thing and you get another. This list was on point about everything. Close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and night life of the area. The home hot tub and pool were used daily. We also used the amenities of the resort's clubhouse as well. Pool, B-Ball court, suna and and the day room after our group eveningwalk aroundtheneighborhood. Although we went to a couple of parks, it was refreshing to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of Disney by staying at the resort. Will do over when we come back to central Florida
