7 sovrum + 6 badrum semester villa! Perfekt för flera familjer / generationer som vill semestra tillsammans! Gated community med gemenskap klubbhus, pool och gym! Backar till greenbelt för fantastisk utsikt! Hemmet har 4 sovrum med queen / king sängar och 3 sovrum med våningssängar / enkelsängar perfekt för barn. Ett av sovrummen ligger på bottenvåningen med queen size-säng och 1 badrum på bottenvåningen. Total sovande kapacitet = 18.

Biografrum och ett spelrum med biljardbord, fotboll, dartbräda, plattskärms-TV och mycket mer! Gratis wifi, komplett kök med redskap och tallrikar / skålar / koppar, tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare, vardagsrum med TV och DVD-spelare och matsal. Backyard poolområdet inkluderar bord och stolar, solstolar, en stor pool, en badtunna / bastu pool och en grundlig barnpool. Värme kan sättas på för pool och badtunna mot en extra kostnad. BBQ grill som finns på uteplats tillhör ägare, men fastighetschef kan ta med en grill för en extra kostnad. Trash service kommer 2x per vecka. Uppfart kan parkera 3 fordon.

Hem är 5 minuter från Animal Kingdom grindar och 10 minuter från alla andra Disney Parks grindar. 5 minuter från Interstate för att komma till Sea World och Universal Studios. Flera restauranger i närheten, liksom en Wal Mart inom 5 minuters bilresa.

Our host's prompt replies to questions before and during our stay was excellent. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The pool is 7 feet deep and large enough for everyone to enjoy. There is a safety gate to help guard against little ones accidently accessing the pool. Our kids used the tennis court and basketball area in the neighborhood. Lots of things to do for all ages. A great visit for sure!!

Check-in was super easy, code sent after payment made entry smooth. Wi-Fi was excellent (350 Mbps up/down), great for work, streaming, and gaming,even by the pool. TVs were large smart TVs,just sign into apps, no need for Chromecast. Game setup was a highlight: nostalgic arcade machines and Xbox/PS5s in every room. Garage games weren’t usable due to heat,suggest a split AC. Pool was enjoyable but not always warm. Our #1 reason for booking was the Jacuzzi,for my veteran wife and a friend with joint pain,but it never reached the promised 100F. We paid extra for heating and were told it was working, but it wasn’t. After several messages, we had to request a refund. Couches were comfy, but reclining didn’t work. A replacement was promised but never arrived. Trash was left from previous guests using the wrong bags, resulting in maggots and odor. When reported, the owner said to keep the lid closed and the maggots would die but they didn't, he’d clean it over the weekend, which was after our stay. Lastly, window cleaners were scheduled during our stay, which caused delays due to rain and accessibility. Overall, a fun house with great features, but several hospitality missteps impacted our experience and for the price paid, the majority of those missteps should never happen.

Good proximity to Disney Parks

Very nice rental in a safe and secure neighborhood. The house was very comfortable for our group of 11. Great arcade games and game consoles in nearly every room our kids loved it. Original Pac Man game was a favorite. Great to unwind by the pool after a hot day at the amusement parks. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Christmas House

Enjoyed our time in the house. Clean and exceptionally large. Parks close by to visit. Plenty to do in house with arcade games and controllers with every monitor. Host was easy to reach and very very helpful! We all enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed at your property for 10 days and it was everything you said it would be. We really enjoyed our stay, the size of the property, the pool, hot tub and kiddie pool were a hit as were the game systems available for use in all rooms, large TVs, pool table, darts, pac man, and foos ball tables. The kitchen was well setup with everything we needed. We loved the property and close proximity to all of the local Orlando attractions.

Excellent property and great location for all the parks. Anthony was very helpful. My only negative is that the pool was very cold when we arrived and the hot tub didn’t work. Anthony managed to turn the heat of the pool up remotely which did make a difference.

Very clean, any need was addressed. Great communication with property owner with great instructions. close to WDW and Universal. Weather worked against us for pool use but it was clean, bright and inviting! Would stay again.

Best house for a family vacation!

This house was just PERFECT for me and my 12 family members to visit Disney for the week!! When we weren't at Disney, we enjoyed the pool and all the other amenities that came with the house. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean and very pleasant! We will definitely be coming back! 10/10 Recommend this house and enjoy the week I got to spend at it!

Perfect place for a family vacation...or to ride out a hurricane

We had a great time, despite our family vacation being interrupted for a couple of days. Anthony is a great host. He was in touch with us the entire time, and ensured we were in good shape as we prepared for Hurricane Milton to pass by. Location was great! Only minutes from the parks (even if Milton decided we should spend more time together and less time at the parks). The house was very clean and had tons of things for us to do while stuck inside. Hoping to book again in the future. Thanks so much!!

7 of us stayed ages 13-51 amazing clean villa , pool great , plenty for the kids to do. Beds very clean and comfortable,location was closed enough to all parks , surrounding properties were all high class.i would like to return next year
