Love this house!

This is the 2nd time Ive rented this home and it was awesome once again! I plan on coming back next year. Beautifully furnished inside and out. Smells great and is always super clean.

Perfect for our group

This house was great for our group - HUGE! We were only 6 people, but each wanted our own room and bathroom and this was perfect for that. Four single adults and one couple, and each had our own king bed and full bathroom, with two rooms to spare! Good spaces for hanging as a group and the pool was great too. We also went to the lazy river and bigger pool in the neighborhood and enjoyed that too. Had a slight hiccup with the door code, but it was solved very quickly. The only area for improvement would be clearer directions for the gates into the neighborhood - we never encountered one guarded by a human, and the instructions with the QR code could’ve been described more clearly. But we figured it out! We were close enough to universal and also to the wedding we were attending at Disney's swan reserve. Great weekend and we would stay again!

Beautiful, comfortable, spacious

Wonderful house, very spacious, open concept, beautifully decorated. Everyone said their beds were comfortable too. We spent the most time outside on the patio. The houses are very close together but when you're on vacation it's all good. Thankfully our neighbor to the left was a good neighbor and the house to the right was not booked. There is a preserve or woods behind the house which gives it some privacy and a pretty backdrop. When we first arrived at the house there was a plug-in air freshener that was overwhelming. It was not needed and was easily unplugged. The house smelled just lovely without it. I suggest letting the owner know that you have sensitivities to fragrance if this applies to you. The kitchen was stocked well enough. We didn't cook, just heated up food. They only supplied one garbage bag and one dishwasher pod so we had to buy more. We all thought they could have supplied more though. There were no instructions for anything. Usually, vacation rentals have a book that tells you what to do with the garbage, where the good restaurants are, checkout procedures etc. This info was not supplied thru the app either. We figured it all out but thought I'd mention it anyway. And it seems that the garbage gets picked up every day if you put it outside. There was a bin with a lid near the front door and we assumed it was for the trash. We did have some minor issues with the hot tub jets but the communication with the management team was excellent and the jets got fixed. The TVs do not have cable, only internet streaming. The management company thought the tv had cable but we did not find a box. You may want to check on that if it's important. The internet streaming does give you plenty of channels to watch and you can also access your own accounts if you want to. It wasn't an issue for us as we didn't have much time for tv watching. The resort - waterslides, lazy river, etc - forget that! It was so crowded. We went there and could not find an empty seat, a tube for the river, and the line for renting a kayak was very long. We just left. That was a disappointment as we were all planning on spending the day there. I thought for sure there wouldn't be many people with children vacationing in October. I was wrong. We had a pool back at the house so we just went back and hung out there. The house was everything and more. There were rooms we didn't even use. Check it out! You'll have a great time.
