AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, $150 minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

AAU Team House

Nice and spacious facility. The home was equpped with the essentials. Some materials in the home were not repaired from previous rentals. The cleaning fee is a little too much due to the stipulated cleaning requirements. The fee should be reduced. The renter also uses the Resort as a selling item. Unfortunately, because the rental agency or owner does not pay dues, the family did not have access to the water park or resort beach. So, make sure you have this cleared up before renting. Make sure you understand the parkingnrefulations. If not, you will get towed without any warning or communication from security. Other than that, a nice facility.
