We were locked out of the condo coming back late one evening and after several call to CS with no action. Indicates there was no one on staff until next day to open the door sent us to different condo 30 minutes away without any of our personal belongings Called at 8 am was informed MTC doesn’t start work until 9. Called back 3 times and still no response from MTC. We went to condo and MTC showed up at 1030 and he Had no way to get into condo. My husband was able to get door off and we got in. Keyless door lock was replaced. We missed our early passes at Disney necause of this delay too. They have offered a minuscule refund for our trouble. DO NOT RENT FROM CASIOLA! If you have trouble they cannot help you b

The house was cute very nicely decorated and with everything we needed to start our vacation. I liked that i was able to make breakfast every day before we left for the parks. We enjoyed the private pool. It would have been perfect if there was more privacy between the neighbors’ pools. But all an all it was a great time for the whole family

Our stay at this Margaritaville cottage was pleasant, but not exactly excellent. The cottage is a bit outdated, with some noticeable wear and tear. There was a bag of trash waiting for us on our porch when we arrived even though we arrived 2 hours after check in. Most disappointing were the doors to get to the laundry machines. They were so stuck that my husband had to pull with strength to be able to open them. We first thought they were locked but the property manager said to just pull harder. I was worried about breaking the doors but pulling very hard did the trick. My daughter had thrown up all over her car seat so it was very frustrating dealing with this. Our other frustration was that the A/C in the rooms hardly cools. Even if the common areas are freezing, the air hardly reaches the rooms. We did not use the sheets and still we were hot throughout the night. During the summer in Florida, this is beyond uncomfortable. There’s also no blackouts or curtains on the windows or doors, just blinds. If you have kids who easily wake up when the Sun is out (like mine) be prepared for early mornings. Other than this, the property is very cute and well stocked. The mattresses are the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. We did not go in the pool but it looked great. Bring inflatables or pool toys if you have kids as there are none in the cottage. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we were hoping for a better experience considering the cost.

The property is very well taken care of. There were a few maintenance items that could use some attending. Paint touch up, lights in first floor bedroom kept tipping over, there was no umbrella for the outside patio table (who does not have a umbrella in sunny Florida for the pool?), a few weeds that could have used some picking, couch in main living area was pretty well used and gross looking upon arriving - and it was very uncomfortable to sit on. Would I rent again - absolutely, however, I'd want to check out a different property next time.

Super nice place

The cottage was super nice. Clean, bright, comfortable. Well equipped. Drawbacks were: No instructions on how to work the TVs, 2 remotes . We could turn the TV on but not select anything. The shower had a small step down. You don't notice it until you step in. A warning label would be handy. But over all, it was a really nice place.

We stayed in the family cottages. Unfortunately the pool was not heated during our stay not making the use of the pool enjoyable. When I asked about heating the pool, I was also advised that an additional $240 usd for the week would be charged. Toilet paper is also not included. A complimentary box of Oreo cookies where left as a welcoming gift but we would have preferred toilet paper.

For the most part a great stay.Just a few problems

Overall loved the property location and ammenities. the first day was not a good experience. We had trouble getting in and communitating with the third party we rented from so it took over an hour to get in and it was late. Also entered to NOT ONE ROLL of Toilet Paper which was on the list of things we would have. So we had to run to the store at 10:00 at night. And we had a park day planned for the next day so we got a late start. We also had trouble with the dryer fulling drying our clothes and the beeping it would make when it was done was very annoying. Especially if it happned in the middle of the night. Tried to shut it off but couldnt figure it out. We also did not have access to resort that we didn't find out about until the day we checked in. Very disappointing. Beyond that the property was very clean, very convenient, and spacious enough for us.

Mini family vacation

The property was perfect for our needs. Kids loved the private pool. Had all dishes, towels, extra blankets, etc. Was close to restaurants, shop and arcade so plenty of things to keep busy if not going to park's.
