That is the REAL Big Sand Lake, one of Florida's purest natural lakes you see in the picture, and the breathtaking Sunset, Sunrise from the living room and patio... Disney Fireworks too!

Located in the upscale Dr. Philipps area of Orlando, right in the middle of the 3 main Theme Parks - Disney, Universal, and Sea World.

Our Lakefront Villa offers the comforts of your own home as a preferred alternative to a hotel room and lets you live in your own 2-story garden-style townhouse. Tastefully decorated with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, 3 queen-size beds that sleep 6 comfortably, a Patio facing the Lake, a covered Balcony, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishware, cookware. Linens, towels, and starter supplies are provided.

In addition to better value, more than a hotel stay, there is complete privacy, the liberty to be able to prepare your own meals at your leisure, and more living space. As our previous guest who returns year after year wrote: 'our kids enjoy their own loft apartment upstairs.'

The location is beautiful, but the property was being painted during our stay. The windows were covered, and the balcony was unavailable due to it being taped off. The stove was broken, wall fixtures fell off, the door handle was not attached, the sliding door didn't slide, the back patio was missing furniture, a light fixture and the furniture that was there was broken and unstable. The rental manager was contacting me at 3am and there was also a robbery on property during our stay as well (the neighboring units motorcycle was stolen from the parking space next to ours) It did not make us feel safe, thankfully we were leaving the next morning.

I’m sorry but this was horrible never again. The was blood on the sheets holes in the wall missing light bulbs and not to mention it was sooo hot I was sweatingAnd it seems that someone rob this place tvs were missing . I had to leave after the first day and goo ahead book another hotel cause it’s was so bad

Villa stay

The place was nice not great had someone's underwear left behind 1 toilet rocked when you sat on it maintenance said he fixed it but didnt did not have light bulbs in bathroom the tv cut in and out didnt work that great no tv in master bedroom no wash clothes had to ask for them got it next day the fireworks by the lake not good so dont plan on watching them there but did enjoy sitting out on patio and relaxing watching the squirrels and lizzards lol

if ur looking to just sleep and not cook then you are good.

The overall of the house was nice for the beds and heads for what we needed. The view of the sunset was amazing as well. We were there for my daughter Allstar Worlds Cheer Comp so with that being said we were also looking for the accommodations of all working appliances at which we could not use the oven there was a toaster over but that was not stated that we did not have a non working oven. And aim sorry if i am paying all this money to stay somewhere for 9 days i should be able to have working appliances and i should not have to supply my own toilet paper as well..js

My cat and I spend 6 weeks near family.

I enjoyed the convenient location. It is close to everything. The night time fireworks across Sand Lake were impressive. Gloria quickly answered questions and satisfied some requests I had. She is working to update the apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Mis lead from pictures

Black mold dirty sheets dirty room showers barely workedall around gross. Picture did not match the actual room.Out door old patio furniture was not in any room pics. Stained beds and floors.Work friend would not stay 1 night in that place he left and got a room else whare. totally embarrassed me.

Needs Attention

The communication with the owner day of check in was horrible. Had no response regarding location and how to access key until 10min prior to check in. The place wasn’t as clean as we would have liked it. Not enough cooking utensils in the kitchen to prepare a meal. The bed in master bedroom’s box spring sags in the middle. One of my worst VRBO experiences

False advertisement

Totally different the advertise online then in person. Completely outdated floor looks to be dirty, the pictures online are not the same as in unit. There is only on tv in the leave room upon check the bedroom there was an old cable box in the dresser. The water cut off while our stay which I had to manual fix myself. For the price it’s extremely over priced. The only good thing is it’s 10 min from any attractions. I will not be returning to this until please stay away and find other options

The property was very nice. Beds were comfortable, good natural light in the place and a nice view of the lake. Easy to get to Disney without having to use I-4. Easy check-in and out. Close to shopping and restsurants. Very happy with our stay.

Vacation

I was extremely disappointed. The unit we stayed in was not the same as the one listed online. It was disgusting. Full of dust. Wasp nest on the ceiling in living room. The floors were terrible and filthy the master shower looked more like a prison shower. The patio furniture was full of spider webs . I cleaned them myself just so I could sit in it. I saw roaches in the living room. I will never book this property again.

Good location but false advetisment

The Villa was in a wonderful location. The space & amenities provided were fine including the extra towels in both bathrooms. I recommend getting warm comforters instead of the thin sheets currently their & if not extra blanquets help also. Unfortunately the unit that was advertised was NOT the one i received. The walls were a different color, the kitchen counter/tables Were different, Even the living room. Non the less i didnt complain even after the fact that there was pet hair on both sofas and carpets as well. I really didn't like that espically when traveling with my kids...
