The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Emerald Island Resort – a cozy three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse with high-speed Wi-Fi and room for 6.



SLEEPING: a king main suite with private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a room with two twin beds – perfect for the kids – sharing the second full bathroom, plus a convenient half bath downstairs.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals, comfortable dining and living areas, and a full laundry inside the home.

INCLUDED: 6 towels, fresh linens and a welcome kit to kick off your stay (replacing its items is the guest's responsibility).

RESORT: registered guests enjoy Emerald Island's clubhouse with resort pool, hot tub, fitness center, tiki bar, playground, sports courts and nature trails.



RESORT ACCESS FEE: Emerald Island charges $20 per car, non-refundable, with a minimum of one Resort Access Fee per reservation even with no vehicle. Maximum 6 vehicles per property.



LOCATION: 8 minutes to Walmart, 13 minutes to Walt Disney World, 20 minutes to the Premium Outlets and 23 minutes to Universal Studios.



Guest Access:

The whole townhouse is yours – kitchen, laundry and all bedrooms and living areas. Registered guests also have access to the Emerald Island Resort amenities (all guest names must be registered before arrival; the resort charges a $20 per-car access fee, minimum one per reservation). Parking for up to 6 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Emerald Island Resort is a gated, family-friendly vacation community off US-192 in Kissimmee, on the Disney side of town and surrounded by protected conservation land. The clubhouse offers a resort-style pool, hot tub, fitness center, tiki bar, game room, playground, tennis and basketball courts, and peaceful nature trails.



Walt Disney World is about 13 minutes away, Walmart 8, the Orlando Premium Outlets 20 and Universal 23. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops along US-192 and the Formosa Gardens area are just minutes from the door.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around, and parking is available at the townhouse. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35–40 minutes by car; US-192 and I-4 give quick access to the theme parks, dining and shopping. Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request (ID and payment method must match). Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.

POOL & SPA HEATER (if applicable): heating is an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
