The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen and living area, designed with families and groups in mind. The chef’s kitchen boasts a spacious island with seating for five, while the dining area provides a welcoming spot for shared meals. In the living room, a large sectional invites everyone to gather, complemented by a 70-inch wall-mounted smart TV and a dramatic 72-inch ceiling fan that brings both comfort and flair.



Step outside to your private oasis. The covered patio is perfect for al fresco dining or catching the game on a 55-inch outdoor TV, while the lounge area—with two sofas, three chairs, and privacy curtains—offers a resort-style atmosphere for relaxation.
