  • Var en av de första att hyra denna kärleksfullt inredda och utrustade enhet, med högsta standard i åtanke; 4 sovrum / 3 bad villa med 2 Kings, 1 Stor och 3 Twins. Två av de fyra sovrummen har väggmonterad platt-tv, och alla rum har 32 "modern platt-tv. Denna lyxiga villa har allt du behöver för att uppleva den Floridian livsstil. Denna villa har nyligen renoverats maj 2015 med alla moderna funktioner man förväntar sig av en kvalitet semester villa tillsammans med en privat pool som vetter mot ett naturskyddat område som får massor av sol och integritet. Vår villa har uppgraderade möbler, område matta, lampor, väggkonst och dekorationer och ingen kostnad har sparats för att ge lyx när den är som bäst. Köksluckor och räknare har alla ersatts med ny högre soft close Cinnamon färgade skåp och lådor och granit bänkskivor hela. En ny väggmonterad TV i matsalen, alla nya fjärrkontroll takfläktar med lampor installeras i alla sovrum. Denna villa ligger i det vackra Terra Verde Resort tvärs över gatan från klubbhuset. Det finns ingen bättre plats att hyra!

Clean and convienent

This home was as advertised and a great place to stay. The communication with the Hogans was timely. The house was very clean and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was secure and quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Great House & Location

I really enjoyed my stay here, my family and I traveled to Orlando to spend Christmas and this was our temporary home. It was great, accommodating and comfortable. Would definitely try to book this house again in the future.

Wow, what an amazing property! The pool was absolutely beautiful. The location couldn't have been better - we were just a stone's throw away from the fun-filled tiki lounge and community center.

We’ve started here a few times before and never hesitate to return! Great space, indoors and outdoors. Plenty of room to spread out. Great having laundry in the unit. Love having a private pool and the community pool! Thanks again Kevin and Darla!

Wonderful Family Vacation Stay

Disney wedding

This was the perfect spot for our family to stay while attending a wedding at Disney World. The home was clean and very comfortable - plenty of room for our family of 5. The best place was the pool. We had coffee there every morning and libations there every evening. We would definitely recommend this townhome to all!

Great time

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The only issue we had was with pool heat but Kevin was great to communicate with and promptly responded and took care of it for us, which we appreciated. This property worked well for our family with young kids and my sister and husband joined us as well and we had plenty of room. The location is great being so close to the clubhouse/main pool. We would recommend staying here!

Great Location and Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over New Year's! It lived up to its name of "All the comforts of home" for sure! Communication with Kevin was easy and delightful. We had everything we needed and then some, including a New Year's Eve surprise. We will definitely stay again when in the area! Thanks again for everything!

Disney trip

We loved it. Everything we needed and more. The kids wanted to stay longer. Close to Disney, we also went to Kennedy space centre and the beach. Walmart was very close by. We are already talking about coming back! Thanks so much, Patty and Rob

Wonderful Vacation - Highly Recommend

We stayed at townhome for six weeks. Home was perfect, clean, nice modern furniture, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook for your family. The private pool was beautiful. The home's location was close to the resort clubhouse and all the amenities. Resort grounds were well maintained and resort staff was helpful and friendly. The owners were great and availabe for any help but we had no problems. We wanted to book again for next year but unfortuately it was booked. We will try to reserve for winter of 2027.

Plenty of room - great locale

We've done multiple VRBOs now, and this was a nice one. The location was great, it came well appointed with towels and other necessities, and the resort amenities were also solid. I felt like the pictures of the resort pool made it look larger than it is, but it wasn't a problem because it wasn't crowded while we were there. The food at the tiki bar was good, as were the drinks. The house itself is a little older and could use updating in some parts but the property owner was great to work with, we had everything we needed, and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Place/Great Location

Overall beautiful home. Lots of room. Nice resort. Easy drive to Universal/Disney. Friendly helpful people at the resort. Be prepared to bring extra toilet paper, sponges, paper towels, trash bags, etc. No extras provided. Comfortable beds. The pool has a lot of stains which makes it look dirty, not really appealing. But overall great place to stay for the price.
