PARKING✨

🚗There are two parking spots on the driveway, and a third car can be parked horizontally.

🚗Do not park on the street or the grass; otherwise, your car will be towed. No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle, equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed through the gate guard.

🚗There is a limit of 3 hours that cars can stay parked at the clubhouse at 4446 Nirvana Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746.

POOL HEAT – Additional service✨

🏊‍♀️Cost: $55/day (plus taxes)

- 10% discount for 3+ nights

- 15% discount for 7+ nights

- 20% discount for 14+ nights

🏊‍♀️Minimum: 2 consecutive days.

🏊‍♀️Must be requested 48h in advance.

🏊‍♀️Heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.



PET FRIENDLY✨

🐶Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome! We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $179+ taxes.

🐶We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.



BBQ PROPANE TANK✨

🔥The propane tank for the BBQ is an additional service priced at $65 + taxes. Guests may choose to bring their own tank or request ours.



DAMAGE PROTECTION (OPTIONAL)✨
