The Space:

Your dream family vacation awaits in this spectacular 9-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home in the beautiful Solara Resort, with space for up to 22 guests. Featuring magical themed rooms for the kids, luxurious spaces for adults, and a private backyard oasis, this home is designed for unforgettable memories.



Step into a bright, spacious, and wonderfully modern living area where two large sectional couches provide ample seating for your entire group. Fully retractable sliding glass doors merge the indoor and outdoor spaces, leading to your private screened-in lanai. Here, you can relax in the sparkling private pool and attached spa, dine al fresco, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet with no rear neighbors.



The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a massive center island with seating for six, a full suite of modern appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals for a crowd. Gather for memorable meals at the main dining table that seats 12, with an additional table for six more.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Self-Catering Home: This is a self-catering vacation home. We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for purchasing groceries and additional supplies for the duration of their stay.

Linens & Towels: All bed linens, plus bath, hand, and pool towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the house. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Housekeeping: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee of $349.00.

Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the resort dumpster daily to maintain cleanliness.

Optional Services:

BBQ Grill Rental: $100.00 for up to one week.

Pool & Spa Heating: $35.00 per day (2-day minimum). Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Pool & Spa Heater: The attached spa is not a separate jacuzzi; it is heated only when the entire pool is heated and reaches the same temperature. Pool heaters may not function effectively in cold weather and will not exceed 95°F. No refunds are offered if the desired temperature is not reached during cold spells.

Package Delivery: The postal service (USPS) does not deliver to vacation homes. Please use UPS, DHL, or FedEx for any online orders. The host is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Safety: A child safety pool fence is provided for your peace of mind.
