Vi har nyligen ersatt tvättmaskin, torktumlare, poolmöbler, nere madrass, ersatt poolfiltret för att dubbla sin kapacitet till 100 liter och uppgraderat dammsugaren!

Detta fullständiga rättigheter fritidshus har ett utmärkt läge med utsikt över sjön. Det har varit professionellt inredda till högsta standard och nyligen inredda.

På bottenvåningen förenas kök, matsal och vardagsrum med ett eget dubbelrum med en queen size-säng. Bottenvåningen badrum finns ett badkar och en dusch. Köket är fullt utrustat med en diskmaskin, spis, kyl och frys och mikrovågsugn.
I matsalen finns ett fullbord och en frukostbar. Det leder också ut på uteplatsen i poolområdet.

På övervåningen är sovrummet möblerat med en king size-säng och har ett eget badrum med en dubbel dusch. Båda har fantastisk utsikt över sjön.
Också på övre våningen finns två dubbelrum med enkelsängar och en familj badrum för att ge gott om plats för alla att koppla av.

På baksidan av fastigheten, med utsikt över sjön är en 20ft x 10ft uppvärmd privat pool med ett säkerhetshegn och säkerhetsgrind med en låsbar spärrhake.
Poolen tänds med undervattensbelysning så efter skymningen, älskar barnen att simma medan du njuter av en öl eller en cocktail.
Solstolar och solstolar erbjuder en avkopplande tid bredvid poolen.
Endast slutet radhus som denna fastighet, har en stor pool.

Barn- och barnutrustning är gratis, redo att användas. Dessa inkluderar barnstol, fällbara barnsäng och 2 trappportar.

Kabel-TV-tjänsten har också uppgraderats till 108 kabelkanaler, många i HD.

En region 1 (US) DVD-spelare finns också i ett av de två sovrummen.

We loved this townhouse! There was plenty of room for my family and was fully eqipped with everything you need for a stay. The beds were comfy and the pool inviting. Thd host was very helpful and the information for gate codes etc were accurate. The property ix licated in a very quiet, safe gated community about 30 minutes ftom Disney. Highly recommended!

Everything about the place was great, especially the private pool. The place was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and even was able to modify my arrival and end dates when I had to change my trip. I stayed 7 nights and wished I could have stayed longer. I plan to book again in the future.

Casa Confortável e bem localizada

A casa parece bastante com o anúncio, é grande, os quartos são amplos, acomodou bem 8 pessoas, eletrodomésticos funcionando bem, fogão, geladeira, máquina de lavar e secar excelentes. A piscina é linda, porém não usamos devido ao frio. A vista para o lago também é maravilhosa. Condomínio bem localizado, tranquilo. Check in e Check out perfeitos com as informações que nos foram repassadas por e-mail. Wifi também excelente. Super recomendo essa hospedagem.

Great Property!

I stayed in March 2022 with family members including my grandchildren aged 5 and 7 plus an infant. The property was as described. Check in was a breeze. The house was well equipped. We have been renting vacation homes for years so knew what to bring with us. Anything we didn't have could be easily purchased at nearby stores. The community is nice and quiet. We mostly just stayed at the house, enjoying the pool and walks in the neighbourhood. Ian was absolutely amazing to deal with. He responded promptly to questions and was very friendly. I would not hesitate to rent from him again. We didn't have to contact the property manager for anything but I'm certain that the experience would have been great.

Great VRBO experience

This was our first stay in a VRBO home when visiting Orlando. We've previously stayed at a WDW resort but these are really getting very pricey for a basic hotel room. Prior to our vacation stay, Ian was very responsive in replying to emails received requesting additional information. Upon arrival, the home was in excellent condition. Home was very clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and other personal care items. Grocery stores, Wal-Mart and great restaurants are all near by and WDW Theme Parks are a short 10-15 minute ride depending upon traffic. Subdivision where home is located is gated, and subdivision is very nice with pools, fitness area. In addition, there is a large center lake with a walking path around the lake for those that like a morning walk/jog. No problems accessing the amenities. Our only draw back was that the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Except for that, I wouldn't hesitate staying in this home on our next trip to WDW. There was no communication with the local property manager because we had no problems with the home. Thanks Ian, you're rental home fit our needs just fine.

Encantada Stay

We were very happy with our stay at this property! Worked very well for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool and us parents enjoyed the space. We could all do our own thing in the evening once we got home from a busy day at Disneyworld. I can’t complain about anything I can only suggest darker window coverings for the mornings you want to sleep in a bit and a few more dish clothes! 😉 Thanks for a great stay!

It was absolutely perfect

We really enjoyed the place. We were happy to get to go out and have a place to stay and not have to scavenge for a new place every time. Once we got there it was so beautiful the view, the rooms, the neighborhood, and even the pool we really thought everything was very enjoyable.

Spring Break in Kissimmee

We spent a week at this property in March and it was just perfect for our family. It had a first floor master for my dad, a second floor master for my husband and me and two additional rooms for my kids. The pool was great and my kids used it everyday. Clean and spacious townhouse and so convenient to get to shops, restaurants and Disney parks. So nice to come back to the townhouse at night and relax without all the crowds. Thanks Ian!

Clean, beautiful home in great location

Ian’s place is spacious and comfortable with a nice heated pool. We used the pool despite temps in the 50s! A short drive from all the parks and about 90 minutes from the Atlantic. We didn’t need anything additional as the house is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Ian was very organized and communicated everything very clearly. Great stay!

Excellent Townhouse!!

We had an amazing stay at this townhouse. Everything you could need was already stocked in the kitchen. The pool was a great size and heated when we arrived. Ian was very responsive with any questions I had. The only things we were a bit disappointed in were the townhome does not have a grill (when it says grill in the amenities list) and the resort hot tubs close at 6pm/sundown. Don't plan on relaxing in the hot tub on a chilly night. All else considered, this is a beautiful, clean home that was a great value.

Perfect!!!!

This is our second time staying in Ian’s villa we stayed for 3 weeks this year. (we have already booked for 2019) what can I say contact with Ian before and during our stay was very good, Ian always responds very quickly. The villa it’s self is in a great location both on the complex and from the parks, just off the 192 where there are plenty of places to eat, many supermarkets including a new Walmart. The gated complex is just lovely, nice and quite, pool area is lovely as well. should you need anything reception is always happy to help. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay in Orlando it’s home from home for us and I just love staying there. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Orlando now. Great villa

The only concern I had was the thermostat being limited to 74 degrees. It is too hot in the summer for the upstairs rooms to be limited to 74. Everything else was fantastic.

Great rental! We loved it!

Rental property is great! Owner is super great to rent from. One little issue with the AC unit and it was taken care of right away. The townhouse is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are big and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking needs. The private screened in pool was one of the best features. We swam, fished in the pond and barbecued out there when we weren’t in the Disney parks. We did walk to the club house once but swam every day in our own pool. We have 3 children, 21, 15 and 7 so each having their own room was really great. We had an amazing vacation and were lucky enough to have found this rental only 10 minutes from the parks and close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely rent again! This was our first visit to this particular property and I would have to say we loved it. The resort itself was very beautiful and the grounds were very well taken care of. The actual villa was AMAZING. We had a great view of the lake. The unit was clean and very functional. We loved having our own pool as well. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Lovely townhouse at an excellent location

We have just returned to the UK from a 21 day stay at this lovely townhouse. The property has everything you need, plenty of clean bedding, towels and pool towels, it was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and is in an excellent location for the theme parks, Boggy creek, Cristal river, beaches and the Space Centre. We have done so much whilst we were there, the highlight being a manatee swim in the wild at Cristal River. My husband and my daughters boyfriend went fishing most afternoons at the lake just behind the house, catching bass on a daily basis, something that was $200 per person to do as an excursion. My daughter and I stayed and sunbathed dipping in and out of the pool to ready ourselves for a return to the parks in the evening. Its close to plenty of excellent restaurants (brisket tacos at Applebees were the best) and supermarkets. The property was as described and I found Ian, the owner, incredibly helpful with any queries I had, replying to me very quickly. A very comfortable place to stay, I would not hesitate to recommend to friends or stay there again if we return to Florida in the future. One word of advice for future travellers, don't book things through the concierge at the reception, we found her incredibly pushy, almost to the point of rudeness, because we wouldn't book there and then for the Blue Man Group (well worth a visit). She was pushing us to have $125 seats that we booked ourselves at Universal just 2 rows back from for $95, its a really small theatre so view was good from everywhere, no need to pay the higher price, she actually said in front of us to the person at Blue man booking office that she couldn't believe how stupid we were not to take her offer, implying the shows are better on the higher priced Friday night, not true, they are all the same! Also a manatee swim through them was $150 for a trip with 20 or 30 other people, we made our own enquiries and booked with a company called Double J adventures, for $50 per person we got a 3 hour tour on our own during which time we were lucky enough to encounter 3 manatees which chose to stay and swim around us for 45 minutes, it was amazing! A fantastic holiday, we will be back!
