Just okay

We were without a/c for the first 24 hours. The pool wasn’t working for 48 hours. We were compensated slightly for this, but nothing makes up for sleeping without a/c in the Florida heat after a long day of travel. The home was missing items listed in the description & we had to call multiple times about the issues we had before anything was resolved. Overall, it was just okay - but I wish we had chosen another house to stay in.

Hidden Fees Not Disclosed, Poor Follow-up

Check-in was a little bumpy and long due to technical difficulties; they are very thorough to sum that up. Upon arrival to the home, the access code provided was not working prompting a call to the service desk. They were able to resolve quickly however, after a long day of travel and lengthy check-in it was just another delay. The house was nice, well kept, and clean however a few things were out of place or not taken care of from the previous tenants that they later tried to accuse and charge us for. Further, the only TP in the house was that on each roll in each bathroom, no extra; you are expected to buy your own if you need more however the rolls are not even new/full upon arrival. Further, there is not a single tissue in the house; this is a staple in every rental I have ever stayed in! Finally, they do not disclose all the extra fees expected to enjoy the amenities. The pool is heated, but only if you pay an additional daily fee by which we did only to have it work half a day of the 4 we were there. We called day 2 when we woke and it was cold as ice, told someone would come look however when we returned from a day out it was no different. Called again day 3 midday and was told the same. Someone showed this time and got it running but it takes up to 6 hours to get warm so that was a wrap that day. Finally, on day 4, departure, someone came a replaced the broken part and confirmed it was now good as we were loading for checkout. When mentioned in the 3rd call that we paid for everyday to have a heated pool and should be credited, and again in the post checkout email, the request was left unacknowledged both times. Not only did we pay for an additional service that seemingly should be included in the cost of the rental but then we were accused of leaving things behind and breaking things that were found in disarray upon arrival. Very disappointing experience despite the appeal, not certain I would use this property and/or rental service again despite the decent proximity.

Great property exactly what it looks like online.

Beautiful house. Very pleased with the property/community very nice and clean. I would recommend this place to any family with kids. My kids loved the theme rooms especially the Mickey mouse with the loft area. All bedrooms were really nice and clean with comfortable beds and a full bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday. We liked that the slide access door to the pool has an alarm for safety precautions. I would like to make one recommendation that the sofa in the living needs to be upgraded however, it was comfortable but it sits too low and can use a better quality. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property.
