RENOVATED LUXURY 6000 sqft Mansion in Downtown Orlando SLEEP 14 NEAR Theme Parks

This iconic house is located in the historic district of Downtown Orlando and is one of the TOP 10 historic houses. This luxurious house is about 6000 sq ft, includes 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, with a 1500 sq ft rooftop deck. Wrought iron fencing around the entire property and electronic security gates for the driveway for additional security. Multiple parks and lakes with walking distance. Private office with multiple monitors and printer to hookup to your laptop to provide a work from home experience.
The space
This new renovated 6000 sq ft home begins with an amazing open floor plan on the first floor which includes a gourmet kitchen, dining room for 8. The family room comes with a 80" led tv as wells as a large leather sectional sofa with electronic recliners. The living room has a 65" tv with 3 sofas and tables. The game room includes a full size pool table, as well as 6 full size arcade games. This amazing house also has 4 fire places as well as 2 master bedrooms . The first master bedroom includes a walk-in closet, fullsize bathroom with separate tub and shower with 60" tv. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with dresser, nightstand and 42" tv. There are a total of 6 televisions in the house come that with cable, roku and netflix.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on it, as well as a 1500 sq ft rooftop deck. The master bedroom is on this floor has a walk-in closet, nighstand, dresser, 5 drawer chest, a soaking tub, double vanity sinks, toilet and separate shower. It also has its own deck, perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning. There are 2 more standard bedrooms on this floor with one of them having a connecting bathroom door. One bedroom contains a bunk bed as wells a double bed, therefore can sleep 4. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a mini fridge and microwave located on the second floor.

The second floor also has a massive rooftop deck that overlooks the downtown skyline. There is a pergola with a covered roof, with patio furniture and television. There are also lounge chairs to sunbathe or simply relax. We also have a outside dining area to drink your wine or eat dinner and enjoy the outdoor living. Do to insurance purposes, the bbq grill CANNOT be used on the rooftop deck.

The third floor is its own suite with a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave and full bathroom.

We also have 3 queen air mattresses available for use.

The basement is where the wine cellar and laundry room is located. This is also where we keep the extra sheets, pillows, towels etc.

House Supplies:
Your home will come equipped with a starter pack containing essential items such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.

PEST CONTROL
This home is regularly sprayed for pests as a preventative measure. Of course, we are located in Florida, and bugs are everywhere! If you notice any live pests during your stay (which is more likely if doors are left open - so please keep them closed), please let us know and we will have someone come out and re-spray. Thank you for understanding.

Other Items:
The property comes furnished with enough bedding, bath, face, and hand towels to comfortably accommodate the maximum home occupancy. Additionally, the bathrooms are supplied with bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body/hand wash for your convenience. Furthermore,

Due to safety concerns, the fireplaces are not for guest use and should remain off at all times.

Approximately 6 cars can fit on the driveway and with additional free parking in the front of the house.

One walk-in closet in downstairs master bedroom will be locked for storage.
Guest access
You have private access to the entire property inside & out. No areas are shared, the whole space is just for you! Only areas that there will be no access allowed is the wine cellar and and private office.

CHECK IN:
Check-in time is at 4PM, however, if you would like early check-in, as early as 7am we charge 50% of your daily rate for that day, given there is NOT a same-day check-out.

CHECK OUT:
Check out is 10:00am.
Please let us know if you need an 11 AM check out, it’s free with a 12-hour notice. If you would like a late checkout until 6PM and there is not a same-day check-in we charge 50% of your daily rate for that day.


Please leave keys in the lock box and leave the remotes on the kitchen counter before you depart. This policy is important due to cleaning schedules and last minute bookings.

Early check-in requests and late check-out requests are NOT guaranteed.
Approval is based on availability.

House rules:
ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES, we will find out!! This is cause for immediate eviction and loss of payment for the house. Please Inquire if you have any questions on this. We allow 14 guests maximum. Additional guests over 14 is $100 per person per day. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. $500 ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR DEEP CLEANING PLUS ANY DAMAGE CAUSED. GUEST WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND. I love animals but this is not fair for guests that are allergic and stay specifically at my house for the reason we do not allow pets.
