Great Stay for Golfers

Our group of 14 golfers had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and hand plenty of space for all of us. The location was perfect, providing easy access to nearby golf courses, and the property itself was spotless. We encountered no issues during our stay, which made for a stress-free experience. The only potential improvement would be upgrading the beds, as others have mention, they could be more comfortable. Overall, it was a great place for a golfing getaway, and we would consider returning!

Disney family vacation

Overall, great stay! Thank you to the staff that came out and fixed the broken bed! That was very much appreciated! Some of the mattresses we had issues with. A few of them need replaced. Everything else was great! We had a fun family vacation!

We had a fairly large family group. Plenty of beds, bathrooms etc. The only issue was hot tub which I paid for didn’t work entire stay. I reached out to management and someone came out to fix it but it never was fixed. Everything else was great. I would definitely recommend.

Pre-Summer Vacay 24

Perfect Family Vacay! My entire family enjoyed and the home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would recommend and would love to come back when we visit as we vacay in Orlando area 2-3x a year. Perfect area as there is everything around that you need all on the main stretch 192 road.

Family Vacation

The property was everything as described and then some . The location is perfect if you are planning on visiting anything Disney or Sea World and Discovery Cove. The only thing I would recommend is the bed mattresses need to be upgraded or memory foam topper added and there is no can opener.

The house was very spacious. Every room was occupied and we never felt over crowded. The movie room was awesome! Everyone enjoyed that space. The decor was FABULOUS, loved the wall art. I appreciated that we were provided with some essentials. A guest binder was included and provided information for local stores, attractions and other things. This was very helpful. Some of the beds were not comfortable, but we worked through it. We did encounter some roaches in the kitchen, which made it a little uncomfortable to cook and store food. The Wi-Fi was not the best at all. Most of the time there was connectivity issues. The cleaners should take a little more care when cleaning the bathrooms to include the walls. We utilize one of the vendors to rent a grill. The grill was not in the best of shape. It was very wobbly and difficult for us to level out. We had a neighbor who put trash in our trash bin and it wasn’t bagged, so watch out for your neighbors, as you are responsible for keeping your garbage bagged up. Overall, we had a fantastic time and if some of the above mentioned, items are taken care of, I would absolutely rent this space again.

The house was nice. The beds were terrible. Some of tbe ladies, went and bought air matresses to sleep on. The couch definitely needs to be replaced as well as the beds. Overall. If those things can be replaced, the property will be great.

Great for a girls trip!

A group of 9 of us stayed for a relaxing girls weekend! From the pool to the movie room, we had everything we needed. The property was clean and well kept. With a large group, the daily trash pick up was a plus. The listing states the bare necessities are provided but a broom was not one of them so maybe they can add one for future guests. Also, it’s probably about time to spring for some new mattresses because some had pretty uncomfortable bed springs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a large house.

STAY HERE!!

This house was amazinggg. I give them 5 stars and will probably stay here every time i come to florida haha. The property managers were very helpful throughout the entire trip and the check in and check out process was easy. My suggestion is to bring your own laundry detergent and there was no broom there so we had to purchase one lol. Other than that ZERO complaints. This was my daughters 5th birthday with a total of 20 people (children & adults).

Property was nice and clean but neighborhood is crowded no real parking had to park on grass it’s stated to only accept 5 cars but drive way only holds two … No gated community anyone was able to enter the neighborhood … Wi-Fi and A/C was not working for majority of my families stay

A few fixer uppers needed

Me and 20 other family members stayed at the property and it was BEAUTIFUL. The pictures do no justice. The decor is beautiful. However, the beds in a few rooms are very low to the ground which made it uncomfortable for the taller men. The mattresses were worn but it was ok because we all went to bed late and was up early. The walls were dirty in certain spots but nothing major to take away from the home itself. The location of the house is close to several businesses and about 20 minutes from the theme parks. We enjoyed the community pool and the 4th of July festivities. Super crowded for the holiday but nothing we weren't use to.

A fun time was had by all

There were 15 of us (nine adults and 6 children - ages 3-9) in this house. It was perfect. One family did not join us, so I am unsure of how it would have felt with another 3 adults and 2 children. The dining room table would comfortably fit 12 people although we shared the table with 13, just fine. We were planning on using the outdoor dining if there were to be 20 people in the house, but as it turned out, it was too humid to enjoy eating outdoors. The two youngest sat at the counter/island which worked out great. The seats are high enough for them to reach the countertop and were curved so that they would not fall out. As I read in another review that there were not enough children's dinnerware, I brought some of my own, knowing we had 6 children. It would be nice to have some plastic/outdoor cups and plates to take out onto the patio. (We brought some of our own disposable/reusable cups.) There were plenty of nice dishes, glasses and cutlery for the group of us. Lots of pots, pans, and knives. We bought a dishrack/drainer as none was provided. Our two slice toaster was smoking, so it was promptly replaced with a 4 slice toaster. We had a couple of other issues: the a/c in the theatre room, the projector and a burnt out lightbulb, but they were all attended to very quickly with one phone call. (impressive). There were lots of bath towels but not enough hand towels and no bath mats. We brought some of our own pool towels but the washer and dryer came in very handy. The kids loved the games area upstairs. Adults loved the hot tub. The negative: We paid to rent the BBQ. It was not in great shape. I think it is there all the time - not a rental company as was implied. It also ran out of propane. The location is a little far from the community recreation area - especially on a hot day. Suggestions: A bigger or extra fridge would mean we don't have to go grocery shopping everyday. Wine glasses that fit in the dishwasher would also be great and a little stool so that kids can reach the sink in the bathroom. Also the carpet in the living room could use a good cleaning. That being said, overall we had a great vacation as we were finally able to get together as a family and there was plenty to keep everyone happy!

Great Experience

My overall stay at this house was truly amazing. It was a perfect fit for my family of 21, ranging from ages 7 to 83! There was enough space for us to enjoy our time together but still have personal space. I wish I could have had an early check in as we arrived at the property at 2:30 pm and needed to go grocery shopping for a large party. I emailed to request to check in at 3 and was told that the cleaners and inspectors needed the entire time to ensure readiness, however no one entered or exited the property for the entire hour and a half, as we waited patiently outside. The property was overall clean, but had visible dirt on the walls throughout the staircase. Some of the mattresses did not have box springs and a couple of the mattresses were rather noisy for a vacation home. I would recommend that they frequently check the cooking supplies. I know it is a “self service property”, but I would expect to have a working can opener and decent skillets/pans for cooking. Now these minor hiccups did not ruin or leave a negative effect on my stay at all, just being transparent. For a group of this size, I would choose a house with more bathrooms next time, but the house was great and I would recommend.
