Newly opened, Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and only 10 miles from Universal Studios. Walk to SunsetWalk, an entertainment destination with dining and retail options. There’s also a dine-in movie theater and a 14-acre waterpark.

THE SPACE:
With 3 stories, space is no issue. Upon entering the home, you're welcomed by a cozy living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV. The dining room table offers seating for 8 and extra seating for 3 located at the kitchen island. The large gourmet kitchen is equipped with beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and tons of counter space to prepare your favorite meals, snacks and cocktails!

Head out onto the patio and you'll find a beautiful lakeview that only gets better as you make your way through the home! A large outdoor dining table makes pool side dining a breeze! After cooling off in your own private pool, grab a chaise lounge chair and soak up the Florida sun. Spend an evening in the attached spa with your favorite cocktail and let your worries drift away.

**Optional pool/spa heat is available for $35/day. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

The 2nd floor offers a secondary master bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower and your own private balcony with seating for 2 so you can enjoy that stunning lakeview.

You'll also find a very spacious queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a tub as well as bedroom 3 offering a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Make your way up to the 3rd floor and you're in for a treat! The loft area is equipped with seating for 2, a Smart TV, large bar area and a Mrs. Pac Man 60-in-1 arcade machine! Enjoy endless hours of fun and competition to get the highest score!

Bedroom 4 offers a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub. Last, but not least, you'll find the beautiful and very spacious master bedroom. Equipped with a king size bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the best view in the house while having your morning coffee or evening night cap!

For your convenience, this vacation cottage is equipped with a full size washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor so you can pack light. It also has a private pool bathroom and powder room on the 1st floor.
