Everything was great. Some of the appliances need replacing (Dishwasher & Washer). I could tell either the house hasn’t been rented in a minute or the cleaning crew overlooked some things. Overall, my family & I enjoyed our stay.

Lets start with the positives. This was a great location, close to the parks, in a lovely estate. The houses/villas are not too close together and it backs on to the golf course so you are not over looked. For the 10 of us it was the perfect space. However, there were a couple of issues, first off the wifi did not work the entire trip, while on holiday this is not normally the end of the world, but when we need to book lightning lanes, reserve restaurants and get in virtual queues for the parks this was a real issue. We raised this on the first day and they came to look at it the follow. However all that was left was a note saying "sorry its broken we can't fix it". This meant we had to use mobile data and coming from the UK between the 10 of us we must have spent $150+ over the trip as a result. The house also needs a bit of love, some of the issues raised by the previous review are still there (blinds broken, ice machine not working, lights bulbs blown and not replaced). When you look at the rates for this place compared to others in the neighbourhood I think this is shown by the slightly cheaper price. Would I recommend staying here.... I think the price is reasonable, but a couple of the basics need sorting first.

To start off the location to Disney World was great! About a 20 minute car ride. The communication with the host was a little rocky and he wasn’t quick to respond. This house is in the Reunion Resort and the description says the amenities of that resort are available with stay. This was not true for us. According to the property management company of this location, the owner did not pay his dues for the month so we did not have access to any amenities. I have small children and they were looking forward to the Reunion resort pool. The house is in a nice neighborhood but the house needs work. There were several broken blinds, broken door handles, a few wasps nests on the balcony, and the pool fence needed some maintenance. We didn’t have enough toilet paper for the week, one role of paper towels, no soap to wash dishes. We had to buy these items after we arrived. I did reach the owner regarding the wasps nest and the property management company sent someone over but they didn’t solve the wasps nest issues. I asked the owner about the unpaid dues and his response was unhelpful and quit rude. I would not recommend this specific house but this area had many beautiful homes to offer. Look around more, don’t book here!

The location was great. We were not too far from everything. All the grocery stores, Walmart and Disney is about a 10 minute drive. The house was clean and they had all the necessary accessories in order to cook. The only reason I did not give the house a 5 star is because of the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is not strong. My son could not do his quiz for school nor play PlayStation because there was not enough bandwidth to play the game. I think that the TV in the living room should be updated to a smart TV so we can log in and used Netflix or another streaming service. We had a couple of rainy days so it would have been nice. Otherwise, if not working or doing schoolwork EXCELLENT place.

Property itself would of been ok had it not been for the fact that we paid for pool heating as we had children aged 7 months - 5 yrs old with us . We had no pool heating for 2 days then after complaining it was heated to over 109 degrees so couldn’t b used again for 2 days . Washing machine leaked and then broke so yet again several phone calls made eventually repaired the day before we left . The fridge leaked and the water and ice dispenser was broken yet again more phone calls and food thrown away due to defrosting during attempted repair . The back door handle broke so we were unable to lock the property . All of this taken into account a phone call will be made to request compensation.

Overall solid property in a good location. The Property is on the older side and does need some maintenance. Several windows need to be replaced and there several areas where noticeable patchwork has been done on the walls. New painting and windows would bring this house back up to high quality standards.

Amazing property! Loved the outdoor space and pool. The house is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out. Loved all the en suite bathrooms and beds were very comfortable. Only thing they need is more forks- were very few in an otherwise well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was big, it had enough space for us to have a family get-together. One of the things we sadly have to give a low review on is the cleanliness of the property. The pool's water was a little foggy and the master bedroom's bathroom was dusty. Overall a good experience! No regrets about staying on the property, we had a lot of family fun by the pool and the pool table!

My family really enjoyed staying here!!!! We stayed for 5 nights and we really have nothing negative to say. It was 10 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool area was great. We would definitely stay here again.

13 adults stayed here while on vacation for our wedding! The house was beautiful & big enough to not feel like we were on top of each other! The property is absolutely breathtaking! The large pool was the main hangout & the grill was wonderful to have! The kitchen was large & had everything we needed! The property is close to a lot of restaurants, liquor stores & gas stations. Overall, I give this property my highest recommendation! The bedrooms all had bathrooms and large closets, which was wonderful! The house is even more beautiful in person! Dr. Swain even called to make sure everything was going well! It was the perfect vacation! Amanda

This house was a joy to live in for the 4 days that my family and I spent in Orlando. We were a party of 16 and the space was adequate and clean. The neighborhood at Reunion was safe and great for outdoor exercise. Centrally located, everything we needed from theme parks to restaurants were a short drive away. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Joy, joy, joy!!!

Very spacious, spotlessly clean, fully equipped home (except for Salt and Pepper and extra rolls of toilet paper) in a quiet resort community. House was exactly as shown on website. Short drive to all attractions. The owner, Dr. Swain, was very pleasant and patient answering questions prior to our visit. Enjoyed dinners at Nathan's restaurant in the Ritz Carlton and Vincenzo Cucina Italiana on International Drive in Orlando.
