Excellent property!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The house was perfect size & had everything we needed for a fun week away from home. The sliding door was a little hard to open, but that was our only complaint. Absolutely amazing house, will stay here again!

We arrival and the smell was so strong, there was an air freshener plugged in behind the couch. We complained and were told there was no air freshener yet there was. The frig was 50+ degrees and needed service, we were told to buy a cooler for all the groceries delivered as they could have someone come that night to fix. The internet did not work and after several attempts we were provided a whole new login and password and then it worked. The TV in the living room didn’t work until the tech came and removed it from the wall. We paid for heating of the pool and it was not hot and the tech that came said he would send someone to service the pool and no one did. We encountered 3 cockroaches throughout our stay and the vents were so filthy! Last but not least the beds were rock hard, we went to Walmart and buy foam toppers.

A Windsor Palms Gem

We stay in Windsor Palms every year for an extended family vacation, and this was the cleanest most up to date house that we have ever rented. It was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated, the pool is a good size. The outside furniture is great quality and comfortable. There is a TV system which includes all the usual; Apps like Netflix etc. so the teenagers were happy at night. This house has A/C in the garage game room which is fantastic. There wasnt even a hint of an insect inside the house. We had a few very minor reasons to contact the management company and they reacted very quickly. A couple of very minor points to note. There are no PS4s in the house even though they are advertised. Looks like there is a gaming area but the consoles are not there. The spa/hot-tub can only be heated with the pool so if you are going in the summer keep that in mind. The TV system could do with an instruction booklet. We never worked out how to use the cable TV Very minor issues that do not change the 5 star rating of this house

NICE PROPERTY!

Just fresh off of stay at this property. Stayed 3 nights May 22,23,and 24. POSITIVES: The pictures are very accurate. The property is clean and well designed. It can easily house 6-10 people. There is plenty of room and not be on top of each other. The check in process was great. We checked in after midnight because of delayed flight and it was no problem. I recommend you tour the whole property because I asked for more towels nd there were some in other locations. All mattresses are very firm (hard) and from garbage disposal sometimes knat like bugs. Bugs not a deal breaker, but if you like soft mattress look elsewhere. I do recommend this property. Just wanted to be informative. Was so tired after theme park everyday mattress wasn't a problem. Drive to Universal was fairly easy drive 20-25 minutes. Magic Kingdom closer.

Multi Family event

This house has some great updates, and definitely has the room that was needed for our stay. A few things that were a bit disappointing were there was no pantry for our food. They have locked the pantry that is in the home, so we had to clear out a cupboard that had dishes in it to use for our food, otherwise we would have had to keep everything on the counters. They also didn't have a ceiling fan in the upstairs bunk room so we had to purchase two rotating fans to keep that room cool-even with the air on. In addition, the hot tub/spa never worked during our stay. We were told when we contacted the management company that we needed to purchase pool heat to have the spa work-we have stayed in MANY homes in the Windsor Palms establishment and this has NEVER been the case, the hot tub always worked without the pool being heated. However, we added the pool heat so we could get the hot tup to work. Unfortunately, that only ended up making the pool feel like a bathtub and the hot tub still didn't work. Very disappointed that for our entire stay we didn't have a working hot tub. Lastly, when we arrived the home had been cleaned previously, but when going through the master bathroom there was dirt on the floors and stains all over the walls/doors, and the bathroom vanity drawers had hair in them from the previous renters. While this home has quite a few updates and looks pleasing it also needs some repairs and the cleaning crew needs to make sure to do a thorough job. I would consider staying here again as the location is great, and the home overall is good, but I would want to verify that the items listed are updated/fixed ahead of time.

View was gorgeous and the house was beautiful.

It was great I honestly didn’t know the chair was broken or where it came from. We left the black wooden piece on the countertop not knowing where it came from. The chair costs as much as a night to stay there. My shoes where thrown away because the kids left them outside by accident and they were picked up by the trash man. We had a great time though.

MLK Weekend getaway

Great property and location. Didn't get to enjoy the pool and sauna. The heat was turned on, on 1/15 at 12:54 pm and never got warm or hot to get in and I was still charged for it. Overall the house was great.

My experience

The house was very nice. The pool area had lizard poop all over and we were not able to get a broom and mop for days. Overall, I enjoyed the space. I would like for them to clean a little better though.

The house was clean, well appointed, nice finishes. Nice private community that has pride with the year round owners. Only issue we had the BBQ grill was older and not maintained well and needs to be replaced. Otherwise nice property.

It’s hot

The property was exactly as described. Beautiful decor throughout. Nice neighborhood. Everything you might need in a kitchen was there and the game room was a plus. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (literally hard as rocks but manageable with all the blankets we brought with us. We called and complained about the AC not going below 75 but we’re told it will only go as low as 70. It never went below 75 which made it miserable with 9 adults staying in the home. At times it hovered around 78 which led us to go purchase fans to try and help. The game room was extremely humid. I had requested that the pool be heated so everyone could enjoy the hot tub in the evenings but even though I paid extra per day it never got hot until Saturday night. We checked in on Thursday. When you come in there is a security checkpoint which is nice as long as the people at the gate know what they are doing. We were told coming back in on Saturday night that our pass had expired...even though our check out was Sunday.

Great Mini Girls Trip!

The house was clean, very modern, and beautiful! Just as described. A lot of space for the 5 of us! Check in and check out was a breeze. Lovely stay. Definitely will be back!
