The house was beautiful. We had a pretty awesome room. Sharing the house wasn’t terrible. Everyone was friendly and pretty much stayed to theirselves.

i hated the parking arrangements. locations not enforced adequately. no room for vehicles for the amount of people staying there. I did receive phone help from the "owners". i wont be staying again. Neigbors house in the back was party time, most of the time. less expensive is a motel with plenty of parking and access to front desk24/7

Worst stay ever. Not a real resort.

Accidentally booked this room because it said a room at a resort which turned out to be a bunch of 12 bedroom/bathroom houses that only have 6 parking spaces each. Once I pulled up and realized it wasn’t a real resort I tried to get my money back, the property mgr wouldn’t refund me nor hotels.com because of their no refund policy. I argued and even threatened to sue property manager so much I know she called the tow truck on me. There’s a sidewalk going through the driveway that if you’re parked partially on it they’ll tow you. Towed me my first night despite other cars doing the same so I know it was her. Me and another guests rooms had wet carpet from them trying to clean it the same day we came in. Bathroom light flickered, sink and tub were clogged, rooms hot at night because the ac only ran in the day and no ceiling fans to keep you cool at night. Hair all over my room and bathroom and the dishes that were in my closet. Walls were super thin, could hear regular talking and other things couples do all around me. Dirty dishes all over the kitchen with a dirty floor, no soap to clean your own dishes, trash was stacked super high and smelling in kitchen so bad one of the resident took a load out themselves. On our third night someone came to clean the kitchen at least. Dryer was broken the entire stay and a bag of laundry in front of it. Kids play in the private pools at every house all night long with their screaming.

Price is right but parking can be a hassle if house is full like playing musical chairs with your cars Also your at taking a chance with other renters people we stayed with were loud all hrs hard to sleep Maybe if your young it works for you but we’re old snow birds

Decent house close to Disney

The house was good, the parking situation was not. The beds were very very firm I actually wasn’t able to walk much due to my back pain. I liked that we had our own bathroom but I felt that we were on punishment and were to stay in our rooms. The only people we got along with was a couple that we met on day one that moved from TN and had been staying there for over two months. House overall is a 5.5 out of 10

We didnt feel safe with the amount of activity in the drive way. We didnt even check in. We rolled right out. The people were discusting and ghetto so we left.

We arrived and our stay was changed the day of arrival to another location, the house was nice however the kitchen area was dirty from other guests cooking until 1am. People above us up all night. We ended up getting a hotel the last two nights of our stay. We weren’t at blissful bay we were moved to Davenport.

The house did not have enough parking for the clients. If you park on the street you will be towed immediately without assistance. We ended up having to park at one of their other properties just so we wouldn’t be towed and we still ended up being towed. Our other housemates were friendly but made false reports about us smoking but management was friendly and responsive when it came to that. Overall good looking neighborhood but the parking was a real issue
