Your private outdoor oasis awaits! The screened-in patio features a sparkling private pool and hot tub, complete with a lounge and dining area for soaking up the Florida sun. Kids will love the themed bedrooms, including a magical Mickey Mouse room and an adventurous Baby Yoda room. An upstairs loft provides an extra space for your group to spread out and relax.

**Bedroom Layout:**
* **First Floor:** Bedroom 1 (Queen Suite) with access to a shared bathroom; Master Suite (King Bed) with a private en-suite bathroom.
* **Second Floor:** Bedroom 3 (Queen Suite) with a private en-suite bathroom; Bedroom 4 (Mickey Theme) with one Full and one Twin bed; Bedroom 5 (Baby Yoda Theme) with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom.

### House Rules
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The minimum booking age is 21; at least one guest in the party must meet this requirement.

### Important Information
* **Amenities:** The home is equipped with free WiFi, a washer and dryer, central AC/heating, hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board. All linens and towels are provided.
* **For Families:** A Pack 'n Play is available upon request. Our concierge service can also assist with rentals for items like high chairs, as well as grocery shopping and park tickets.
* **Pool & Spa Heat:** This is an optional service available for an additional $30 per night for the entire stay. It must be requested at least 2 days before check-in. Please note, the spa is not a separate jacuzzi; it is heated to the same temperature as the pool when the heat is on.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill can be provided for an extra charge of $65 per stay, which includes a propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us to coordinate any package deliveries.
